Gotta say, I don’t love the choice to have Louis be so vitriolic and disgusted at finding out about Lestat and Gabrielle’s relationship. The show does make changes from the books, and that’s fine it’s adaptation, but in the books Louis really doesn’t care about the incest and he and Gabrielle are even friends and I far prefer that. This feels like it’s just hammering in and trying to appeal to the “see, incest bad, don’t worry we know” expectation for modern audiences.
