Hello! I hope you don’t mind some corrections, even though i’m not the best at languages. I’m just a native trying to help, or at least attempt. ;v;
I leave you this page here for more information bc i’m not the best at explanations. Also I added some links there.
Hoy yo fuí AL hospital POR mi tos.
* I found the pronoun YO very opcional, but kinda awkward in this situation. We usually say Hoy fui al hospital because the verb conjugation FUI (singular person of the past tense) makes clear that it was YOU who went to the hospital.
*There’s always this contraction between the preposition A when it’s next to the article EL. The result is AL. Lo artículos “al” y “del”.
*Por (for) → For a reason // Para (for/to) → For the purpose of something.
Estoy BIEN, los médicos ME DIJERON QUE es alguna cosa viral
* Bien (well) is an adverb and goes with a verb (in this case Estoy (Verb) + Bien (Adv.).Bueno (good) is a masculine adjective, to describe something/somebody (ej. He’s good (as in, He’s kind) .// Él es bueno)
* Me dijeron que = I was told (that)… So, los médicos me dijeron que = The doctors told me it’s…
Tengo dolor todavía 😓 pero estoy BIEN 😅💪🏾
Ellos me prescribío medicina para el tos y el dolor 👌🏾
* This phrase in english would be something like “They prescribed me…” I guess you’re refering to plural, in this case it should be “Ellos me PRESCRIBIERON…” (pretérito indefinido, plural/ past indefinite) or in a case you want to keep the “Prescribio” it should be “Él/Ella me PRESCRIBIÓ…” ( pretérito indefinido, singular/ past indefinite). TRY THIS VERB CONJUGATOR.
“…medicina para LA tos y el dolor” Tos is a femenine noun.
* In this case, it should be “Espero tengas un buen día” (I hope you have a good/nice day). Or “Espero tu día SEA bueno”
I hope this helps (?). Also,i hope you get well soon and i wish you a good learning! <3
