The first time Sherlock was waiting with Greg for Mycroft to pick him up, he was totally trash talking mycroft

Like, saying to Greg, “Urgh, you’ll hate my brother. He’s really controlling and he thinks he rules the world and he’s so selfish and arrogant. And he’s really, really fat and his hair’s bright red and he’s so much older than me and his clothes are stupid.”

So Greg’s imagining this obese forty year old in clown’s clothes with literally red hair who’s really horrible.

But when Mycroft actually shows up he’s just a shy, chubby twenty five year old, with slightly reddish brown hair and a cream suit, so Greg would be really pleasantly surprised, like, “Oh, wow, you’re actually pretty cute. Sherlock, incorrectly, has told me so much about you.”

And Sherlock’s just tagging behind like, ‘Aww yiss, goldfish acquired!“
