Happy Anniversary Nick! Wow 5 years, what can I say? I am so proud of us that we have made it this far, and honestly impressed that we have made it through so much: the good days, the bad days, a global pandemic, two moves in a year, car problems, multiple vacations, and so much more. Two Different Top Nines but I liked them both so therefore I'm posting two! But wrapping up, here's the good and bad of 2021: - Started off 2021 two weeks off from work 👀 right at the start of January but was able to take some me time and watch Ratatoullie the Musical. - Watched the Inauguration for a new President and fully embraced the Bernie Memes. - Got Vaccinated 💉 for Covid 19 and was absolutely relieved. - Brought on some really great Park Days with Mission Space friends, getting to know them, and brought a lot of great game nights with core friends. - Went to Branson, Missouri to visit Billy and Amanda, and went to Silver Dollar City Theme Park. - Finally lived in my own apartment with just Nick and me. - Moved out of said apartment, and moved into a New Apartment completely all our own and we did it mostly by ourselves. - Watched Hunter and Emily Stevens get married and was absolutely delighted for them. 💖 - Was Recognized in June to become Coordinator Proficient at Mission Space 👩‍🚀 - Crossed Trained at Test Track 🚗 - Celebrated my 28th birthday with lots of friends and a Free Stay at the Grand Floridian! ✨ - Traveled further West than Ohio and finally touched the Pacific Ocean 🌴 went to California and finally visited Disneyland along with Universal Hollywood, Knotts Berry Farm, Six Flags Magic Mountain and a few other LA tourist-y sites. Absolutely amazing trip!!! - Saw my family for the first time in almost two years by traveling to Connecticut for my Cousin Nate's "Re-Wedding" - also went to Six Flags New England! - Was Recognized to become Coordinator Proficient at Test Track! 🏎 - Finally experienced Spiderman the way it was meant to be experienced. ❤ 2021 for sure had a lot of ups and downs. I met so many wonderful people, but I had to say goodbye to a lot of people too. My bonds with the people who have stayed in my life have only grown stronger and I am so thankful to have the support group, found family, and real family that are here for me. If 2021 has taught me anything, it's to find happiness where you can, but always look forward for your next opportunity to grow back. It’s just beginning. Feel your heart beat faster. Reach out and find your Happily ever after ✨ Four and a half years ago I sobbed as Wishes closed at the Magic Kingdom. I was there it's last night, making a Wish that all my dreams would come true. It was right before I was rehired into the company and I didn't think anything else could replace it in my heart. My wishes were coming true. Happily Ever After was a new beginning for me, and it hit closer than I thought it would. It grew on me as I grew and I have come to love it so much, just like I have come to love myself. I have found so many Happily Ever Afters. I am sad to see it go.
