Just finished marathoning the entire 6 seasons of Lucifer on Netflix.

I know I'm very, very late in joining this bandwagon, but I'm curious, what does the fandom in general think about season 6?

Because honestly (whispers in small voice) I think the writing was a bit too heavy-handed and sometimes felt like I'm watching a fanfic.

Some moments made me cry like a baby but there were other moments when I just went like "they did what? this is what they're going with???".

Ultimately, it's still a damn amazing show and let me say this again, I regret that I didn't know about this show sooner when it's still airing. But dang the final season kind of ruined the overall score a bit.

Okay, story time.

I clicked the first episode of Lucifer on Netflix expecting some mindless, zesty fun. Procedural crime with supernatural elements thrown in, nothing too heavy, nothing too serious. I mean the title is Lucifer and the premise is about the Devil himself taking a vacation in the human world. Sounds campy.

One week and 2,5 seasons later, I found myself screaming internally "Where has this show been all my life?!"

I didn't expect a show titled after the name of the biblical devil to be the most wholesome, most inclusive show I've ever seen, ever.

The crime procedural part is a bit messy, but each episode and each case carry something within that builds into the overall plot or character growth.

I'm typing and posting this without even taking a single peek into the content of the show's tag, because I don't wanna get spoiled at all. I might even be tagging this wrong, whatever. I just need this out of my system.

Lucifer is awesome and I regret not finding out about it when it was still ongoing.

I was just randomly scrolling for things to watch when suddenly Once Upon a Time popped up on my recommended on Disney+.

I've always been intrigued about the show, so here I am, in the year of 2021, watching OUaT for the first time.

Yeeessh, I can see why this show was popular. The plot twists can get pretty (very!) dumb at times but it's still a very entertaining show.

I'm guessing there were (are?) more people rooting for Regina and Rumple than the "good guys" of this show. Am I right or not?
