Wifi’s throttled, so I will probably be on hiatus until finals are over (because it resets then, how fantastic is that right?).
I have an idea with making a multimuse account and merging my characters to that though… Any opinions on that? So I don’t post literally two posts per week like I have been recently.
So give me feedback on the thing and…yeah. See you then!

"Who—-Who is Santa Claus? Everyone keeps talking about him…"
"Some guy that supposedly brings presents in his flying snow-boat going a couple million miles per hour some time in December," the male muttered, his concentration deep in a book. "I've never gotten anything, though. I heard he prefers rich preppy children."

So. A ‘gem’ of a starter in the krp follow tag and the recent wave of directory/collective ads in it gave me a thought: why don’t we start tagging our muse ads #krp gen, #krp au, #krp oc, and/or #krp muse? Looking for general muses? There’s a #krp gen tag for that. AU? Tag #krp au for that. OC? Tag #krp oc for that. Just want the whole bunch of MUSE ads, not ads for DIRECTORIES and STARTERS? Tag #krp muse for that. I think it’d solve the clutter issue. Hell, we could have #krp lit and #krp illit, too. Basically what I’m saying is: less clutter, easier to find what you want, why not try it out? Take the pledge and reblog to spread the word.
Also, tagging tips: remember only the first 5 tags are worth anything. Yes, that means you’re wasting a tag for yourself when you put “I don’t know what to tag this as lol” as tag 1-5. Don’t tag the idol and group name or you’ll get a bunch of personals reblogging your image but deleting the caption.
"You're making a mistake."
“And what would that mistake be, my pretty?” Fangs poked through Jae Hwan’s devilish grin, red eyes boring into the girl’s soft brown ones as a sharpened fingernail trailed across the underside of the defenseless girl’s jawline.
Jae Hwan missed hunting more than he probably should have, a supply of blood bags arriving at his often unused doorstep from his brother, an early gift for Christmas or something. He never kept up with that. The blood didn’t taste nearly as good as the real deal, laced with the intoxicating sweetener that the fear he often plunged into his victims seemed to provide.
So Jae Hwan managed to get out of the house that night to hunt again, after blood bags were decided to be a last-resort deal, and oh how glad he was to have gone out.
The strong aroma of the frightened girl’s blood was almost intoxicating to the vampire, Jae Hwan’s nose pressing against and nuzzling into the girl’s neck only to gain more of the delicious scent, before it began to run dry, and rather bland as his senses grew used to the sickly sweet smell. Jae Hwan needed more. The male dug his sharpened nails into the girl’s wrist, bringing the girl’s attention to his deepening eyes almost immediately, and he smirked as he moved back above the other, pressing her closer against the chipping brick alley wall as his lips moved to the girl’s right ear. ”I’m going to give you thirty seconds. Run as far as you possibly can. Try to escape me.” A hand moved to the girl’s shoulder, fingertips slowly trailing up the girl’s arm in the process before shoving her out of his reach; not too hard to hit the ground, but hard enough to fly in front of him by a few feet. The girl sprinted off almost immediately, and Jae Hwan leaped onto the lidded top of the dumpster, beginning to climb to the roof of the complex they sat in between of as the victim ran farther and farther away. "Tick tock, little bird."
"Teach me."
"Teach you?" Jae Hwan raised an eyebrow at the sudden interruption of his quiet time, ivory eyes reaching up from his rather old and tattered text from god-knows-when, one of the many artifacts from his private collection. What possibly could the boy mean?
With a huff, the vampire carefully folded the musky papers of the hand-woven book closed before setting it on the rather modern couch he sat upon, a stark contrast. Hands wove together on his lap as he folded one leg over the other, reclining into the couch with ease as glowing ivory eyes bored into the other's in the dimly lit room, common lighting for his own household. "What possibly could you want to know?" An eyebrow raised as he analyzed the expression engraved into the other's features. Nervousness. It was important, it seemed. A smirk quirked at the male's pale lips as he came to the realization that his own brother's perceived human lover came to him instead of the other wealth of knowledge the other had at his disposal. It made a glimmer of confidence boost his system. "I am a man of much knowledge, as you seem to be aware, but what exactly do you need to know?"
Legends of the Seeker ep. 1 sentence pack
"Take them down!"
"This is more important than me, you know that."
"There is nowhere left to run."
"You're making a mistake."
"You don't understand what you're talking about, and this is not your fight. So be smart, and go home."
"Your hand is bleeding."
"Did I do something wrong?"
"I'm just not used to people touching me."
"I just saved your life, the least you could do is tell me what just happened here!"
"Come on, let's get the blood bath over with so we can eat."
"You have to leave now."
"I'm betting a month of suppers it'll be bad news before the sun comes up."
"I think you have me confused with someone else."
"Not up to your standards? Fine by me. Find yourself another."
"Who are you to decide a man's destiny?"
"I'm sorry for threatening you today. You did save my life."
"Don't... make... a sound."
"Stay away from me!"
"I said, get out of my way!"
"Are you really prepared to die for someone you don't even know?"
"Beg for your life! Do it!"
"In this life, we cannot go back. Only forward."
"Teach me."

It was darktime, and Gilme's yellow owl eyes were vigilating every single movement from the tree she was in. It was a long time since she shifted into her elegant owl form. Spotting a lone man walking through the dark street gave her an idea of fun, and a movie-like setting if seen from a third person; she flew toards him and settled down on his shoulder, her claws digging on his skin to keep herself in place.
{ * } Jae Hwan’s ivory gaze scanned the area surrounding him, sniffing out for the delicious, crimson scent of his nightly feast throughout the haze-coated city street. Dressed in a simple leather jacket and dark jeans he managed to steal from a small thrift store within the previous week, Jae Hwan knew that any clueless, alcohol-induced teenager wouldn’t be able to resist his irresistible charms.
He should have paid attention, he should have sensed another creature flying down beside him, but the sudden sharp claws digging into his shoulder took the vamp by surprise, his body jerking to the side in attempt to shake off the beast with an annoyed growl, but to no avail, his hand reaching to yank the creature out from his jacket, a small amount of blood coating the flailing bird’s claws. It didn’t worry the boy much—it would heal in a matter of a couple minutes anyways.
"What the hell is your problem, huh!?" Jae Hwan’s hand gripped tightly on the bird’s legs, avoiding the claws. He wasn’t one for hurting actual animals, but damn, that hurt. The vamp removed its grip on the bird’s legs, allowing the flailing creature to fly out of its reach. ”Go on, get out of here.” Jae Hwan’s hand reached to cover his aching shoulder; the pain was quickly subsiding, but the situation irritated him to no end.
That was all. After she had finished speaking, Gilme furrowed her brows and started mouthing things, as she was talking to herself about what was going on. Usually, her brain was a little confused after the change; she still would’ve said what she said, but not in that cheery, childish voice. She understood when the man denied her offer to go with him, but she wasn’t going to deny it.
"You said it yourself, something in the line of ‘my dinner is running away, let’s go’"
She pointed out. Her mind was a little more calm to the situation but her senses hadn’t all come back. She walked away from him, forward, and started searching through some old boxes set aside from a house until she let out a happy scream and came back to his side holding a mouse.
"I introduced myself, I believe is only fair for you to do the same"
Jae Hwan swore he was going to contract a migraine at this rate, the rather bouncy girl coming at him every which way, and the male could swear he felt his eye twitching. If vampires could drain the life from other vampires, he knew what he would be getting his nourishment from at that moment.
She heard the girl emit a shrill scream, and yep, he was pissed. The girl practically bounced back toward him, her bird-like face staring into his ivory eyes as she presented a mouse to him...for some reason. Jae Hwan looked dumbfounded, honestly, wondering what afflicted the girl. If she was a vampire herself like she claimed, why would she present a mouse to him as if he could eat it? Did the girl even love herself? Feasting off of mice and rodents, she must not know how to hunt, the male thought to himself. But with that shrill voice of hers, I doubt she could attract someone within a mile radius. "That's... nice," the male muttered, attempting not to lash out at the rather annoying girl.
The girl then apparently had the gall of ask for an introduction, rather rudely, and the male lost all patience. Keeping a calm mind, he let a breath of air travel through his dusty system before speaking, "My name is Jae Hwan. I believe it is only fair that you leave me be, considering you impaled my arm, scared off my prey and expect me to befriend you."
“Maybe not. I just don’t know a lot about other creatures. That’s the way that my brethren like it. Rather have a bunch of stupid young angels than intelligent ones that run around and cause havoc.” He replied cheerfully. Not that he would ever attempt to try something – like another rebellion, for example – but he knew of a few fallen angels who would jump on the chance, if they had the information that they needed. “So the older you get, the more powers you get?” Briefly, he wondered if his other vampire friend was considered an elimia – he had been born a few hundred years ago, and didn’t seem to have much problem with the sun. Or maybe Daehyun just hadn’t seen him in any setting other than indoors.
“Well, I don’t really know if it will kill you. I’ve only had two vampires drink my blood. One died, one didn’t. I think it depends on how strong you are.” Or perhaps, one had tried to take it by force and he had retaliated in fright, while the other had been a classmate in high school who he had willingly given his blood to. Maybe it depended on whether he gave consent or not. It wasn’t something he could ask one of his brothers either – they were far too selfish to offer their blood up to a person in need. They had lost all of their purity the second that they had lost their white wings.
Tucking his wrist back into his pocket, Daehyun shrugged and continued forward, scanning the ground for his precious chocolate bar. “How far did you run?” He asked, quickly growing impatient when the sweet failed to show up within the first two minutes of his search. “What if it is broken and icky and dirty? You will have to buy me a new one.”
Jae Hwan exhaled softy, something he isn't entirely required to do to live but an action he performs when irritated, as the other pulled his wrist away, a light pang stinging in his throat from the teasing. The other spoke of the possibility of not expiring from the other's blood, but he wasn't an idiot--he one of his young friends burn to death from the blood of an angel. It took everything for the vamp to escape the situation, but thankfully he built up the strength of two hundred years at that time, and the angel was nowhere near thirty, leaving the winged thing to drop like a fly when it tried to attack him. Of course, he would never bring it up to the angel, knowing that he would probably be put on some kind of hit list for the act.
"I'll be fine.. I have more self control than to lash out at someone randomly," Jae Hwan muttered, however his voice becoming slightly more gravelly as the two sauntered through the rather damp city street, wet from the snow melt from days earlier. Jae Hwan sighed in an irritated manner; he didn't know how far he went, truly. His face looked up toward the buildings, searching for any familiar land marks, eventually calculating where he was from his previous position. "About four blocks I think. Not too far."
At the mention of having to buy the other more of his precious candy, Jae Hwan practically lost it, his hand moving to cover his mouth as rather rude laughter escaped his plump, chewed on lips. "Do you think I'd be.. able to even enter a store, or have money for that matter? I'd be shot on the spot!" He didn't have money anyways, the sad fact not really meaning much to him anyways--it wasn't like any part of human society would be welcoming to him. Any new clothes he had, he typically snatched from his victims if salvageable, or sometimes performed small robberies on department stores that closed early.

' Whenever someone creates something with all of their heart, then that creation is given a soul. '
At lease that’s what people say. But no one actually believes it. He finds it easier that way; since it would be so hard to explain to people his situation. How he’s in a painting, hanging in a gallery turning the day - then working in a resturant at night.
“Hey you look like that painting I saw in a gallery.” He sometimes gets this comment. He just smiles and states “Really? You think so?”

“Jae Hwan.” He repeated it in an attempt to remember the name, although it was guaranteed that he would forget it in five minutes. “I suppose we do. I don’t know. That isn’t my job, to watch over the others. Higher ranking angels do that.” In truthfulness, he didn’t have a job – as a low ranking angel, one of the last to be ‘born’ and tasked with the simple goal of spreading love and keeping others happy, he was not involved in the jobs that included wiping out species that had become problematic or keeping tabs on the more powerful creatures. “I don’t know what an elimia is. Are you different from other vampires?”
His knowledge was limited to what his elder brethren chose to tell him – ignorance was strength, after all. No good for the younger and more emotionally controlled fallen angels to get any ideas or learn things that they weren’t meant to learn. He had just met his first Nephilim a few weeks ago; before that, he had believed that they were simply myths to terrify them, or at least extremely rare with his older brothers ‘taking care’ of them on a periodic basis.
The aura around them was slowly turning darker red in correlation with the others hunger, and Daehyun began to shiver a little in fright. It was, technically, his fault for dragging the other along with him, and a large part felt bad for forcing him to endure the pain that he had been told was extremely uncomfortable. After a few seconds of mulling, he stopped and turned towards the vampire. “You can have some of my blood,” he proffered his wrist shyly, “if you want. It might kill you. But I won’t burn you on purpose, provided you don’t try to kill me.”
"It's a term that was lost hundreds of years ago, it seems..." Jae Hwan muttered to himself, sharpening nails picking at each other from within his jacket pockets. "Basically a vampire that has lived for over a few hundred years.. increased strength, higher durability against the sun, longer spans of time between when you need to feed.. I'm just an idiot and haven't fed properly in two weeks. My creator was one, but he was also an idiot; a rookie hunter got to him in his sleep. Moron."
Jae Hwan was rather surprised when the other held out his wrist for him, causing the male to stop in his tracks. Of course he knew that angel blood would kill, which made Jae Hwan question why the other held out the wrist to him in the first place.
"That's... kind of like giving a parched person bleach and telling them to drink it; granted it would kill the person, but it would quench his thirst," Jae Hwan mused, reddening eyes staring down at the offered wrist. Of course it did look appetizing, but he didn't feel like burning to death that night. "I think I can wait until we find the chocolate bar, thanks..."
