At the risk of my last post being too long, I split my second quick review of the day. I've never used a pre-workout before so I have nothing to compare this to. Got a free sample of this today and was a little leery about using it cause I don't feel I need more energy and I don't generally take in a lot of caffeine but I thought I'd try. I did start to feel a little jittery about 10 minutes after I drank it but I think that was more an expectation effect. I did notice that my first warm-up (side and front lateral raises) were super easy when the same weight was a bit of a struggle 6 days ago and I definitely had a higher energy level for the first 30-40 minutes of my workout. It tapered after that but I felt really jazzed up coming out of the gym and prolly coulda gotten another couple exercises in had I felt so inclined, It tasted like blue raspberry Hawaiian Punch IMO and was about as gritty (so not terribly but it was there) Probably won't use every day cause it still makes me a little nervous but I did feel pretty good

Came home from the gym to this surprise!

I mixed it with milk today so the flavor was prolly a little better than it’s gonna be in water but it’s amazing! It really does taste like chocolate cake batter. If Body Fortress is a 6/10, Designer Whey is a 7, Amp Wheybolic is an 8, this is a 9.

It mixed decently, but the milk was super cold so I’ll take a wait and see on clumping.

Didn’t know it was also fiber fortified but I’ll take that as a plus.

This was my first order from TFSupplements and it took about 3 business days to get to me from when I placed the order.

So pleased ATM
