June 13, 2025 marks the 12 year anniversary of the K-Pop boy group BTS, and also marks their collective release from Korean military service. Festa or BTS Festa is a weeklong celebration of fan-organized events and cafe pop-ups hosted to unite fans (Army) in the name of BTS. Many international fans make the “BTS pilgrimage” to Korea during this time to display support for BTS through fan cafes, fan-funded advertisement spots, and travel domestically within South Korea to filming locations from music videos and spots recommended by members of the boy group.
