The more i watch people, the more i become aware that we are all the same. Everything that distinguishes us from each other is given in the form of our bodies, the societies we live in, the religion we are born in, our families, our traditions. All the conditionings we are exposed to. Our true energy though is untouched and pure love. And oh, how this knowledge makes me a lover of this whole existence. We are one ❤️

Sexism in spiritualism is (unfortunately) omnipresent. It took me a while to look behind the spiritual curtain but what is hidden behind under the guise of love and light is outrageous. Outdated gender roles are shamelessly forced upon the truth seeker. According to many spiritual people, you can recognize a conscious woman by her feminine traits such as a nurturing, loving, submissive and passive character. The same goes for men, who are responsible, in charge, strong and so on and so on. Even in spiritualism - and im not talking about religion here - patriarchal structures rule. The guru is typically a man.

Gender roles and trying to fit into those stereotypes, makes me feel like suffocating. Let everybody be what they are. Stop imposing stupid gender based shit on people. Let them be free.

Loneliness it seems is the catalyst for many relationships. Do we really love or is the main reason for us to share our lives and bodies with another person fear. The fear of being alone. The whole concept of jealousy and possessiveness is based upon the fear of being alone. We never learn to value ourselves. We never learn to trust ourselves. Constantly are we criticized for what we are. Media, advertisement, society, they all teach us that something is essentially wrong with us. Break the cycle ….
