-I love the way I draw. I know that sounds really cocky and how you hear artists complain more about they don’t like their art than how they like it, but I genuinely love what I do and I love looking through what I’ve been able to do.
-Simple things make me really happy. I don’t need everything ever to be happy and I don’t need expensive things. From seeing my cacti when I wake up in the morning to having a fish on my wall sing to me when I return home just makes me day better always.
-I can achieve amazing things when I work hard. It’s rare that I up and quit on something intentionally, but there are somethings that it’s really hard for me to get through because life throws a lot of crap everyone all the time. It’s this time of the year when I usually realize just how much effort I put into what I’ve been doing, mostly because of the awards and stuff. I don’t mean to sound cocky but man I’m always that person at award ceremonies who sits through the award giver saying all these wonderful things and I’m just thinking “wow whoever got this really derserved it!” and when I’m one of the people who get something it’s shocking and flattering. I don’t care for the award so much as I feel super happy that what I work towards is acknowledged and looked up to.
-I love how I’ve gotten better at doing things on the spurr of the moment instead of regretting it. It isn’t long that I would regret it, but right here my indecisiveness makes my chance get away I think of what a different I could make. So now I pick up trash from the floor right when I see it, I try to say hi to people I know or want to know, and I volunteer myself for things other people won’t want to do. Though it might not make a big difference, I like to think that it makes at least one person happier about their day.
-I loveee my family and friends. A lot of my siblings have moved out of the house so hearing from them and getting message from them is rarer and I find myself valuing them more. Though I may prefer to be more anti-social in real life, I do value my friendships over there, but man honestly the friends I’ve made online have probably had the greatest impact on my life. Their support and kindness have really carried me through a lot and there’s almost never a day that goes by when I don’t talk to at least one of them. They’re all amazing people and I love how I get to hang out with them, and how I had the courage to become close with them.
