7. Is Crimson stylish? How much do they care about the clothes they wear?
Yes! (Well, I at least think so) Outside of work, she loves to wear colorful clothing!
Aside from the Arts, she loves expressing herself through clothes. She wasn't a fan of the typical formal wear that was trending. She thinks it's too 'plain' and 'strict,' so she went the extra mile to find a store that sells colorful clothing, or a thrift store, for that matter.
And yes, she's into Bohemian Fashion. I think it fits her well, especially since she's not from Boston. I think a way to show that she's not originally from Boston is to dress her in a Fashion culture that rejects Boston's social and fashion norms. Yay! : D
6. Does Crimson abide by the rules?
Yes and No? Crimson follows the rules, but not in a 'I follow the rules because that's the law and that's what's right!'
She's scared of the Consequences that comes after breaking a rule. She learned from before that it's best to stay still and be safe rather than be in pain and rebel.
Like in Diamond City, with the Anti-Ghoul Rule. She hates it with her life, but she follows it anyway. Because if she doesn't, she knows she's going to be in pain for not abiding by the rules. There's a chance the DC Guards will hurt her and Hancock as they push them out of the city, and she cannot let that happen. (though when she became general of the minutemen, she tries her best to push that ideology away from her system as much as she can)
3. Has Crimson ever thought about having children? Do they believe they’d be a good parent?
She does! But not in a positive light. It's set in stone for her that she doesn't want to have kids. She doesn't want to be like her Mom.
That's why adopting Synth Shaun irks her. Not only is that not her child, but she's also scared. that no matter how nice she becomes and how much character development she achieves, she's scared she may instinctively become like her mom, maybe even worse. And her plan to stop the Generational Trauma will be for naught.
But as much as she doesn't want to have a kid, she also feels guilty because of it.
Deep down, there's a part of her, a very small part of her, that ties her value to be able to reproduce, to her womb.
That's also part of the reason why she was so hesitant to be with Hancock. She knows that Ghouls can't reproduce, she even repeats that sentence like a mantra. But because she thinks they'll never be the perfect partner for him. She always feels a bit guilty that she can't provide him with the family he may want.
Even though Hancock comforts and reassures them about it, the guilt and sadness are always there, in the very back of her mind and heart. (adoption is an option, but it takes a TON of convincing and a whole lotta time)
