Gay Sleepover of the End (Chapter One)
“Ferid stop daydreaming about Mika’s ass and help me with the Jell-O shots.”
Ferid wandered into the kitchen, sighing dramatically. Crowley ignored him.
“How can one not daydream about an ass that nice?” Ferid answered, sitting down at the table.
“You know Mika would have to be shitfaced to look twice at you,” Crowley said. He immediately regretted saying anything when he saw the look on Ferid’s face.
“I have an idea,” Ferid grinned. Crowley shook his head, about to protest. He knew that tone of voice and it did not mean anything good. Ferid grabbed the bottle of Absolut from the cupboard and promptly poured it into the cake mix.
Crowley gaped in shock. “What are you—”
“Shhhhh,” Ferid dragged his hand over Crowley’s face lovingly. “Hush babe, it’ll be okay.”
“You say that every time, Ferid.”
“I really mean it this time,” Ferid protested, pulling his mouth into a childish pout.
“You literally say that every time—” Crowley stopped, sputtering, “Why are you putting tequila in the mac and cheese?”
“It’s fine. Everything is fine.”
“FERID! That much vodka may actually kill Yoichi! You need to stop!”
Ferid ignored him, instead rummaging through the liquor cabinet. “I didn’t know we had peach vodka, too!”
After thirty minutes of chasing Ferid as he giggled hysterically because holy shit was the fucker fast, Crowley finally managed to sit Ferid down, although not without many bruises he would feel in the morning. He turned to look at the aftermath of Ferid’s escapade.
Bottles and bottles of different types of alcohol littered the counter, all empty. He slowly took stock of the damage, but it seemed like everything had been spiked, from the punch to the chicken wings.
He smiled.
“This is fine.”
At that moment, the doorbell rang.
“Well fuck. I hope you’re happy now Ferid.”
Ferid just grinned and went to open the door to see Lacus standing on the porch gripping Rene’s arm.
“Welcome! Please help yourself to the food. I helped prepare it myself,” Ferid said as Crowley looked on in horror.
Lacus dragged a reluctant Rene into the house.
“Do I really have to be here?” Rene complained. “You know I have an English paper due tomorrow that I haven’t even started yet.”
“Yes, you have to get out and interact with actual people,” Lacus insisted.
“Here, have some veggies and dip,” Ferid offered. “It should stimulate brain function, or something.”
Crowley felt himself give up while he looked on in awe. He was amazed that anyone listened to Ferid ever. Literally everything the man said was sketchy as fuck and people fell for it always. Oh well, he figured, at least it whould be entertaining.
With another ring of the doorbell, Ferid jumped up to answer it.
“Mika!” he exclaimed at the sight of the blond boy. A pink-haired girl popped her head around his shoulder and he grimaced.
“Well, don’t you look pleased to see me,” Krul grinned. “Don’t worry. I’m only here for the alcohol.”
Mika passed through the doorway silently, acknowledging neither of them. Ferid placed his arm in front of Mika, leaning into his personal space. “Hey, are you from Tennessee? ‘Cause you’re the only ten—”
“And don’t try any of that either.” Kurt snorted as she dug her elbow into Ferid’s stomach. “Fucking weirdo.”
Mika continued walking into the kitchen as if nothing happened. He sat down beside Lacus on the couch and texted Yuu to hurry up.
“So, where’s the alcohol?” Krul asked Crowley, spying the empty bottles in the kitchen.
“Everywhere,” Crowley replied honestly.
Krul laughed and reached for a whiskey-infused chicken wing, unaware just how accurate Crowley’s words were. “I guess I’ll have to go looking,” she said as she made her way to the kitchen in search of something to help her tolerate Ferid for the rest of the night.
Suddenly Mika perked up as the sound of a car pulling into the driveway could be heard. He jumped up and swung open the door to see what looked like a self-driving car. Yuu stepped out of the passenger side.
“Shinoa insisted on driving,” he explained as the tiny purple-haired girl emerged from behind the wheel. Kimizuki trailed behind her, his hair disheveled and his face covered in scratches. “Kimizuki also insisted on driving.”
Another car pulled into the driveway, and everyone turned to watch as Narumi stepped out of the car, followed by Mitsuba and Yoichi.
“What happened to your face?” Yoichi cried when he saw Kimikuki.
“He wanted to drive,” Mika supplied. Kimizuki glared at him, and Yoichi just nodded in understanding.
“Why is everyone standing outside!” Ferid called from the living room. “Crowley-kun and I have been slaving away all day making all these snacks for you. Here, Mika, try a cupcake.”
Mika just blinked, his face remaining neutral. Yoichi happily took the cupcake instead.
“Wow, these are actually good! You should try some, Mika,” Yoichi said as he began helping himself to a second one. Before long, everyone was scattered around the house with a plate of food and a drink in their hand.
