So baby-man Danny, but everyone thinks he looks Eldritch.

Not in the sense that they see him and immediately think, “That’s a Eldritch monster,” but more like they assume that’s what he must look like underneath.

Because he’s currently wearing this cute costume, kind of like Mimikyu from Pokémon.

So everyone assumes he’s this horrifying monster underneath the sort of cute-but-creepy costume, trying to hide what he truly looks like because he wants to make friends. But in truth, it’s just his Halloween costume that he never took off.

So eventually, when it does come off, they just see this cute little snake-cat-human thing.

Sam was not having a good time.

It has been alittle over a year since Danny was chased out of Amity after a bad reveal with his parents. They tried to convince everyone that he died but far too many people saw him running away from their shots. They were avoided before but now they were dispised. Tucker moved away not long after that, his parents didn't think the town was safe with the Fentons. Jazz went off to college.

They keep in contact, still trying to look for Danny. Trying to avoid Vlad, the GIW, and the Fentons.

Now Sam is here, at a gala, with her parents trying to introduce her to older, richer families and their children. Like the Wayne's, with their trillions of dollars, and many single kids.

That's when she sees him, with the Wayne's, their newest adoptee Is Danny.

Thinking quick she says something she never thought she'd say. 'Hey mom, I'm gonna go flirt with one of the Wayne's.'

Her mom stared, wide eyed. Then handed her something and said 'The Wayne's are trillionares. Go be a rebellious teenager and have some fun.'

It was a condom. Her mother just handed her a condom. She didn't even ask which Wayne! From the 12 year old Damien to the 29 year old Richard! Just "be rebellious and have fun"!

Well... it is Danny, So maybe she would be.

One detail from the book that didn't make it into the movie that I think is neat is that Eva Stratt did not just stumble across Ryland Grace. He was not the 'potentially disposable' option. She went to the top microbiologists in some of the best research labs in the world and was told multiple times "you know what? I think Dr. Grace might be your guy." When discussing the Petrova Problem. And this several years after his ejection from academia.

Some random headcanons to do with Adrian that I think would be fun

Zoologist, particularly focused on social behavior in various species. Studies social animals both in the wild and in captivity

Constantly refers to Grace's dome as his "enclosure", much to the rest of the team's chagrin. Grace thinks this is hilarious

General "call a spade a spade" attitude to using zookeeping terms when referring to everything to do with keeping Grace happy, healthy, and alive. Some of the others on the team misread this as depersonalizing and cold towards Grace, but it's just Adrian's communication style

Gets along with Grace like a house on fire. They terrorize Rocky together

Relationship to Grace is like if your best friend was also an exotic animal whose enrichment and enclosure design was your responsibility

"My esteemed colleague, Dr. Grace, needs more novel and varied enrichment options in his enclosure"

Naturally things were kind of awkward between Grace and Adrian at first. Adrian was trying very hard to be normal about the sentient being who also happened to be of great scientific interest to his (Rocky and Adrian wear Grace’s pronouns like a friendship bracelet in my headcanon) field of study. Eventually he learns that the feeling is mutual, it’s just that Grace has more experience in this regard on account of having known Rocky for years at this point and they settle into being friends who study each other

Rocky is stuck in the middle while his spouse and his best friend are asking him to make a series of increasingly complicated puzzles to test each other’s spatial reasoning skills

Technically they didn’t even need the mejerky for the experiment but adding a little treat makes it more fun (and funnier because it gets more of a rise out of the other scientists)
