Unexpected financial gap after my exchange semester
This is definitely not the right place for this but I am so out of options that I’m ready to try anything at this point.
I recently returned from a mandatory exchange semester abroad, which was part of my studies. While it was an important academic experience, it has also led to unexpected financial strain afterward.
At the moment, I am facing outstanding costs and ongoing financial obligations that I cannot fully cover on my own. I am already working part-time and actively trying to increase my income, but unfortunately it is not enough to close the gap in the short term.
I am also not able to rely on family financial support as they don’t see it as their problem (which is true but still hurtful), which makes this situation especially challenging right now.
The goal of this campaign is to bridge this temporary financial gap and cover essential expenses while I stabilize my income situation again.
Any support, no matter how small, would mean a lot and would help me get through this difficult period. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
I know this is a long shot and honestly I feel really embarrassed to even have to resort to this but right now every other option just seems like a dead end. I know other people have it a lot worse than me, I’m not doing this out of a sense of thinking I am owed something but simply because I’m desperate.
