This is NOT a Spoiler, this is a FACT. In the third episode of the third season (3x03) i saw that Jenna Marshall has a TWIN! In the episode, Hanna and Aria were following Jenna (first pic)(she has the stick, and she’s entering at some place). But Then, Aria looks surprised and point a car where JENNA IS!! So wtf?

Well, I don’t think it’s Spencer who hit Ali with the stone. Melissa seems to know the truth about it and she whispered the truth in Peter’s ear. Peter seemed really shocked about it. I guess, it was Jason who did it. Jason is a mutual concern to both of Hastings and DiLaurentis’ families. So they both would do their best to keep him safe. Jason also received a note at the night of Ali’s disappearance which is the same night that he blacked out. He told it to Aria in Season 2. So maybe it’s Jason who has a twin and that was why Peter was so shocked when Melissa whispered in his ear. Or it’s Jessica DiLaurentis who has a twin. I will check out your theory though. (:
