Fitness blog for July 10, 2016.
The beginning of workout Cycle 47 and the eve of the “Next Level” Challenge! Feeling a bit “fat” around the waist and elsewhere. I am looking to change all of that during the next 8 weeks!
My new 6-Week Workout Cycle 47. It is scaled WAY back from previous workouts. I am going to work on form and regaining strength, since I have been so inconsistent in my workouts as of late. This workout Cycle will cover 6 of 8 weeks of the “Next Level” Challenge on Bodybuilding.com!
Fitness blog for July 4, 2016. Happy Independence Day!
I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful Independence Day! May you have a great remainder of the week!
“Before” pictures for Cellucor “My Next Level” Challenge on bodybuilding.com. Lots of work to do. Been sick over the past 5 days. Lack of appetite (such as it is anyway) has me a little flat and just plain weak! I’m ready to get back on track. Today (July 3, 2016), I turned 51 years and 10 months. I turn 52 on the day before this challenge ends on September 3, 2016 and want to be in the best shape of my life. I have a bit over 2 months to get it done! LET’S GO!
Hashtag I used to post my “before” pictures for the Cellucor “My Next Level” Challenge on bodybuilding.com, which runs from July 10-September 4, 2016.
Fitness blog for June 30-July 3, 2016.
Happy “Transformation Tuesday”! Been back at workouts since last Sunday. Diet has been much cleaner over the past 5 days. I am HAPPY with what I am seeing. I will be joining the Cellucor “Next Level” Challenge (July 11-September 4, 2016) on bodybuilding.com. It is 8 weeks and actually ends 1 day after my 52nd birthday. Lots of motivation to work hard.
Fitness blog for June 27-28.
After a considerable bit of time off for family issues and just plain working around the house and taking care of Mom, I resumed workouts. I decided to redo my 2-week InterCycle 45/46 in order to get back on track and get ready for the next fitness challenge on Bodybuilding.com (Next Level). This is what I look like as I begin...AGAIN!
I received this very pleasant surprise on Saturday, June 12, 2016. I was wondering what a FedEx truck was doing in our driveway and thinking the driver must have the wrong address, since we were not expecting any type of delivery, I went out to meet the driver. She asked if I was Andrew Harris. I, of course, said yes and she handed me this package. It was awesome to be recognized for finishing the 2016 Dyamatize 250K Transformation Challenge (Only 10% of those who entered completed it). They even got my shirt size correct (Small)! LOL! I am framing the card as well.
Finally back to workouts. I am redoing my InterCycle 45/46 before starting Cycle 47 and a new challenge (Next Level). I am just happy to be getting in some work!
My rather disappointing final “Still In It” Challenge pictures. Thankful that Mom is doing awesomely well after being under the weather for part of the challenge. Additionally, I did a lot of much-needed painting, maintenance, and the usual yard work. The Challenge ended with a family member’s health taking a turn for the worst and his subsequent passing. I got in the workouts I could, but lost momentum and also did not eat as well as I should have. Things appear to be clearing up a bit, so I am gearing up to go after the next fitness challenge on Bodybuilding.com, which is the “Next Level” Challenge, starting in July.
