I really wanned a fear hole lock screen, but it's never shown in a frame I had in mind, so I drew it the way I wanned. figured i'll post it, someone may want it as well.

I sometimes get kinda overwhelmed with the thought that there’s this cartoon, with an overcomplicated lore, that’s been on air for like 13 years, and in it, amongst all the alternative dimensions and complex timelines, there’s this Flesh Curtains Era.

Which exists in less than 4 minutes of content total (kinda checked), and one comic (kinda mid).

And that tiny glimpse resonates with me so much, for god knows what reasons. It’s such a funny thing about human experience, culture, and creation that the smallest thing like that can become so intriguing, magnetic and feel so big.

One day I’ll get bored, but for now, that’s where my thoughts come back, time and time again. To those 4 (!!!) minutes.

ok so i’m obsessed with this outfit and i’d like to explain why it kinda makes Blood Ridge even sadder.

according to Rick’s Crybaby Backstory from Rickmurai Jack (downloaded brain thing) this seems to be the outfit Rick wore right before (and directly after) Blood Ridge.

and the thing is: it’s basically the exact same color pallet as BP’s feathers. it’s a tiny detail but for whatever reason makes my heart break…

in my mind the outfits were: Birding Manapalooza blue longsleve alternating with Flesh Curtains blue croptop (evidently a dyi job based on the longsleve) > Blood Ridge.

somehow i missed the fact that THIS is The Outfit he wore in the Birdrick Goldern Era, right before the schism. oh my heart…

also Birdperson wearing sunglasses (at night). just. ok?

Hi im on my quest to be nicer to people :) i just want you to read this so no pressure to respond but !! I'm so so so happy to be mutuals with you !!! Your art is genuinely so astounding and it's absolutely insane that we follow each other. I love your birdrick stuff to absolutely no end and I'm actually in such awe at how you do backgrounds...... like the scenes you draw are just so beautifully atmospheric that I almost feel like I'm there just looking through my screen. I know i keep talking about this but the fear hole wallpaper looked official, dare i say even better than official ?? And I remember the quick (which is INSANE btw) scenes you did of like field of dreams and solaricks and i was just taken away by how clean and cohesive and beautiful they were. I also just love the way you draw people in general, like, there's so much life and vibrancy to your artstyle that it actually takes my breath away. Plus your writing + dialogue (esp in the birdrick texts you do which I love love love) is just phenomenal. You're awesome and amazing and again, I'm so happy to be mutuals with you !! ✌️✌️
