EVIL TRANSMASC
A flag for when you're EVIL and transmasc
EVIL Color meanings:
Red: The BLOOD of transandrophobes. also for EVIL gnc transmascs yay yippee yay :3
Cyan: Our TWISTED agenda (supporting our fellow transmascs and the trans community as a whole)
Navy Blue: Our SCARY masculinity/manhood
Blueish Black: Our DASTARDLY brotherhood
Ooh can I join? I'm not transmasc but I am evil >:3
There is an evil transfem flag (the one in my profile pic)
Not gonna lie this makes me a bit irritated. Here's the real version of this photo:
Instead of a cutesie reference to film censorship it was an explicit statement of defiance of Maryland's criminalization gay sex, which was not repealed until 2002. This wasn't a guy saying "Oh they can't put what I do in the movies according to a completely voluntary industry code" he was saying "The State of Maryland wants to put me in jail for being gay and having gay sex."
It wasn't a guy being cheeky about sex in an ambiguous, cute way. It was a man stating, in no uncertain terms, that a whole state of the United States considered him a criminal for being homosexual.

cd has a hole. record has a hole. casette has 2 holes. streaming? zero holes. i think i’ve made my point
out trans people like to try to convince closeted/repressed trans people who are in a position to transition, to transition as soon as possible, by saying "i badly regret not starting earlier". i don't think it's a very effective argument on its own. most closeted/repressed trans people have heard the same thing numerous times, they're deathly aware of it, they're already wracked with the regret of not transitioning today, every single day. simply telling them that the regret never leaves you doesn't have any convincing power. it might only make them feel even more hopeless or guilty. to draw from my honest personal experience, i would instead tell them:
"eventually—maybe slowly, and not always all the time, but surely—you'll notice that the regret of not starting earlier is drowned out by the joy and contentness of finally feeling truer to yourself. you won't have to live stuck permanently ruminating on past what-could-have-beens anymore, you'll be able to live in the present as yourself."

I feel like when people shut down ANY debate around ozempic with "don't talk about other people's bodies / choices" what they actually mean is just "stop questioning thinness as the ideal".
It's absolutely possible to talk about societal trends without making it about specific individuals. I do think it's shitty for the media to pick apart one person's body and to be like "LOOK at HER" with clickbaity before and after pictures and speculation about their diet. I don't think that helps anyone. But we can and should talk about the clear returning trend towards very skinny bodies and the normalisation of weight loss drugs. And the impact this will have on people growing up in the midst of this culture.
