I want to be able to choose clothes not based on wether they fit me or not but rather if I find them beautiful

slow weight loss is better than no weight loss.
pick a higher intake if you KNOW you’re prone to binges. 800 cals is a magic number.
dropping 0.2kg a day is better than losing 4kg a week, just to binge and gain 3kg back.
Yep. I learnt it the hard way. And it's totally true.

working out, fasting, and restricting may suck, but being fat is worse
I wanna go back to old behaviors
I miss fasting for hours upon hours
And being able to control myself and say no to anything
Counting calories was a routine
Exercise felt good
Everything felt safe
I’m just sick in the head
To be able to lay in bed and count my ribs.
