This is me with my friend, Jenny. We are nine-years-old....

My husband ran the Boston Marathon in 2006. At the finish line they were giving everyone these red go-gurt things to drink. Post race go-gurt didn't sit well with a lot of people. It reminded me of the year they gave out jelly filled donuts at around mile six of the Saint Jude Marathon in Memphis...

Howdy draws herself astronaut as fruit or vegetable, animal or insect, and royalty each in 3 minutes on and index card during our Saturday class at the Welty Center. Have you ever tried it? Just get an index card, find a three minute song and get going.
