Update time!

I have a tentative internet connection now! I am slowly going to be trying to come back to RPing over the next few weeks, but with my absence I have developed quite a few new ideas and directions on where I would like to take things.

For this blog, my general ideas I had back in March are relatively the same. I will be trying to aim for a new, main blog that I will move Ilyvi to, as well as fleshing out a lot more to her. On top of that, I may be bringing a few oc friends with her because I am a sap for worldbuilding in my head and ocs grow like weeds. So expect the blog to be a more of a multimuse blog but heavily leaning on Ilyvi with supporting cast. 

I do not know when I will get around to this. I will most definitely let you know as soon as I do!

Update as of March 11:

I am so sorry for letting this blog fall into hiatus for so long. It was barely new before I moved and was forced to mobile, and the main this is attached to doesn't work well at all on mobile.

As it is, I do not know when I will regain an off-mobile position again, but hopefully in the year. Unlike my main, I actually do have ideas for Ilyvi and building up more background, but as for now it's all tucked away in my brain.

Looking forward, I am considering moving this blog to a main of its own, as well as shifting a few other related OCs into the script as supporting roles. However, that has to wait until I have consistent internet access.

I apologize for anyone who has waited for me to return. The hiatus will continue for a little while longer, but if you wish to talk feel free to ask for my Discord.

That blank stare was unnerving. Went right through her, unresponsive to her remarks. Still, Ori had faced far scarier than a rude dinner guest. Clearing Ivy’s untouched bowl with a slight frown, she scooped whatever was left of both bowls into a small dish for Razzle, then set it down in front of the fireplace. She nodded at Ivy’s decision, returning to the table and turning her chair just enough to sit cross-legged in it. 

“Oh, no. It’s fine. You don’t need to give me anything.” She shook her head at the offer of pearls. Maybe her guest felt a little bad about being rude. “There aren’t really any potions I use them in, and you did find them.” Her chair squeaked as she leaned it back on two legs, balancing it against the table.

“You’re not really stealing it from me. I was going to wait for dad anyways.”

Ilyvi shrugged at Ori’s refusal of the pearls- it wasn’t like she used them for anything either. Alchemy wasn’t a skill she partook in outside of knowing what plants would make her sick and which ones were alright to eat. Making potions was beyond her, and so was eating straight up pearls.

“Well, if you change your mind, they’re there. I’d just sell them off. Some other alchemist or jeweler in Solitude wouldn’t mind taking them off your hands, and I make enough off the mudcrabs.” That didn’t include the fact that she had more than five lifetimes worth of wealth in old coinage and the junk laying around her home. Money wasn’t a motivator. 

With Ori admitting that she was going to wait for her father, Ilyvi nodded. “Very well, I suppose I’ll head in then. Thank you for your hospitality, Ori.” 

There wouldn’t be any sleeping for Ilyvi, but she didn’t have any problems holing herself away into Ori’s bedroom, if only to avoid further socialization. The wind whistling through the cracks and windows would’ve kept her awake even if the foreign scents around the room and the presence of the others weren’t there. As soon as the storm died down, she’d sneak out.

Okay here’s the big deal: 

I’m going to be moving down to Arizona for the unforeseeable future on Monday (9/30), and my brother whom I will be crashing in for a bit doesn’t have internet. I will be strictly mobile after that, and with the number of blogs I have I will have to slow things down. 

SO, basically, mobile, slow responses. That’s about it!

 Vega watched as the other repeated the word back to her, almost concerned as the frown appeared as well. She, of course, had never seen her before so she wasn’t too sure on what would come from the conversation or anything really. With a small nod of her head, Vega flashed a slight smile. 

“You don’t need to call me that. Vega will do just fine.” She told her. The title was nice sometimes but there were days that it didn’t really matter to her. She had just gotten into the habit of mentioning whenever people who she was. After a moment of thought, Vega shrugged her shoulders a little. “I see horses all the time. Maybe I did? What’d it look like?” She needed more to go off of and not just “a horse.” 

Ilyvi gave Vega a flat look. “If you wanted me to not refer you by your...title... then why say it?” Nords were always so attached to their titles, but then again so were Imperials and Altmer and Dunmer and pretty much everyone else. Ilyvi found them entirely pointless, especially after living as the Nerevarine and 200 years later people had no idea who she was. 

“It’s a mottled grey. Name’s Flecksy.” She couldn’t help but roll her eyes at the name, because despite disliking it it had grown on her. “She was a gift,” was her explanation at her distaste of uttering the very name that she had come with. “She’s got a red and yellow saddle blanket on and two saddle bags alongside the saddle. And two swords. I figured you’d’ve seen her if she went down the road, since I haven’t run into anyone else.”
