Doku Doku Mori Mori has been licensed by Yen Press!
It finally happened! Ngl this is pretty bittersweet for me. I knew this series was something special the moment I first saw it 2 1/2 years ago and it has been my goal to eventually see it in the bookstore I work at which is finally going to happen. I am still a little sad though because now I have to consider whether I should keep translating it or not. Part of me thinks I should stop to encourage people to purchase copies to support the author, but the other part of me has grown incredibly fond of this series as I've watched it grow and I also genuinely think someone else would probably just take over translating this series as chapter come out in Japan if I stopped now. Idk. My current plan is to keep going though!
On a less sentimental note, please please please consider picking up a copy when it comes out! The author has shared his amazing story with us and deserves compensation and support for the magical emotional roller coaster-y experience he has provided :)
