Unlike the other cafes on the list, this shop embraces the take-away culture as well as minimalism and efficiency, with no over the top decor, it has a simple but classy design, plain white walls and wooden shelves. Their 11 expert baristas works together in perfect synergy, resembling a fine product line in a factory, churning out high quality products consistently at a impressive rate, each one just as good as the other, which in this case is high quality coffee. My only complain is that there’s only one standard cup size which isn’t nearly large enough, leaving you to crave for more every time you finish one, a cup will cost you $4 if you take it black or filter and white coffees is at $4.30, quality coffee so reasonably priced, this place should be in every coffee enthusiasts checklist.

It is usually packed with a queue that overflows onto the street considering its limited capacity and a popularity contrary to that, the intense smell of freshly ground coffee will tingle your senses and keep you in line

The place gives off a vintage yet industrial feel with the wooden themed surrounding and furniture, Brother baba budan really hits all the check mark, a balance between a hipster, instagram worthy environment and quality, expertly brewed coffee. It’s the best place to grab a bite if you feel like Italian the store is big with multiple display counters lined with freshly baked pastries, macarons, cakes, and not to mention a gelato stand.

The classic Italian favorites like pizza and pasta are nice but there deserts is what majority of people come for. There chocolate melts tart does what it says with the rich dark chocolate gnash filled on a great pastry which crumbles your mouth.

Don’t forget about another Italian classic gelato so many varieties to choose from like Nutella, sour cherry and vanilla and mango. They are amazing and you can’t leave without getting a scoop or two.

It was tasty and to die for. You can't finish of your day with desert. Their Cookies and cream donuts sliders with smashed Oreo, salted caramel, bananas, honeycomb, figs and pistachios are a crowd favourite .

Replacing Bedford Street diners fried chicken waffles for breakfast, Terror Twilight is place very different with their build-your-own brown rice and broth bowls. Co-owners from Wide Open Road, decided to open a health-focused cafe for everyday eating.

History on the place St Ali is named after Muslim scholar Ali ibn Umar al-Shadhili who is credited with being the patron saint of coffee. Located in South Melbourne St Ali is decorated in a rustic industrial style with a lot of wooden panels and fairly lights. St Ali coffee has been competing in local and international coffee competitions coming 2nd in 2013 World Barista Championships, won 2014 World Coffee & Good Spirits Championship and more. As well as having other drinks like tea, smoothies, juices and alcohol.

They have also competed in food competition and was voted “2013 Best Food Cafe in Melbourne” by The Age Good Cafe Guide. Having meals from different cultures like the My Mexican Cousin which is a secret recipe corn fritters, poached eggs, halloumi, sweetcorn salsa, kasundi, dressed leaves. There menu is unique as it rotates every season which makes me one to come back for more when it changes. A classic twist on eggs Benedict as it comes with smoked pulled pork, cheddar waffle, and poached eggs with chipotle hollandaise on top. There is also food options for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free and other dietary deficiencies. There hot chocolate is one of the best in Melbourne so comforting, smooth and simple with that dark chocolate finger given it a rich taste making it unique to any hot chocolate I’ve had.
