if you are or plan to be a parent please do this for your child. Schools are many times not supportive in these situations, please make sure you can make sure your child is safe and comfortable. Also, it starts really young. In elementary school when I was 9 there was a student who would repeatedly touch my face and harass me even when I told him to start. My mom met with the school and made sure he was penalized and I was protected. Make sure your kids know they can come to you for this.
