I need more people in the stormweaver/iron prince fandom for so many reasons that I’ve compiled a list

The story is great and doesn’t get nearly enough attention Whatsoever

CADs??? They’re so cool??? Like “yes this is living evolving armor that grows with you and adjusts to your needs, there’s multiple weapon types/categories and they come in COOL COLORS like pink and black and blue and purple and green instead of just silver and they’re all individualized” seriously there’s a character whose professional fighter name is Stone Lily and she has bright pink and gray armor and absolutely Wrecked people in the SCTs (professional simulated fighting tournaments)

CADs can also get special abilities as they evolve and get more individual the higher their level

Anyways I need people who make self inserts and OCs and assign them CAD Types and design their armor because imo it’s much more interesting than Harry Potter houses (sorry not sorry)

the characters are Cool and I know people on here would go Feral for them

I know that someone (or multiple someones) on this website would probably imprint on Logan Grant the second he appeared on screen because he is an Asshole Pretty Boy with (spoilers) ………………………..a tragic backstory

Rei is The Best I Love Him and I want him to live his best life and Destroy People. He’s our MC and he’s got really fun to read characterization, is disabled, and kicks butt

There are multiple women with interesting, strong characters

one of the main characters (Viv) is openly bisexual and very clear that she has a preference for women but DOES like men and if you try to make her choose she will tell you to stick it where the sun don’t shine

Valera Dent could literally glare down her nose at me and I would thank her

As the books (2 out so far) go on there’s more and more casual queer characters that Exist like normal people

the world is pretty narrow focus right now because a lot of the setting is in just a few places but there’s a lot of potential for HUGE worldbuilding as our MCs get more powerful

being an a-type would be Very Cool but if I’m gonna be honest I’d probably be a phalanx? Idk I’ve always been a pretty defense oriented player in real life and games so it would fit. I’m guessing spear variant as well, but I’d have to do more research on what type of shield/spear I’d have

Tbh I’d be perfectly happy with most colors but armor that’s all in shades of muted green with Vivid marigold colored vysterium (no idea if I spelled that right and I’m too lazy to look alskdjjf) would be Sick. Iridescent green is also a fun option but tbh I’d just be grateful that I didn’t have to choose because I’ve changed my mind a Lot since I started writing this paragraph lol

I think everyone would want to go for the A Type in the fandom (because yes it is Very Cool) but realistically I think I’d be more like a brawler, with the speed and cognition and all that. Planning and reacting and baiting opponents yk? But I think the most appealing bit of being a brawler for me would probably be finally getting to go on the offensive, finally being the one to move first, act first, that kinda thing. Always had to take life slowly, Y’know?

No surprises with the colour, and I’m definitely glad I wouldn’t have to choose as well, but I’d be really hopeful for like a dark purple or even just plain stainless steel kind of vibe. Maybe purple vysterium with the steel?

Anyways. Medical Transition in the warformed universe.

(inspired by shorline's t4t aria/rei post here)

This is the future. There are designer babies, an open bisexual in the main cast, and most medical procedures are said to be edging towards being perfected.

why shouldnt there be far easier access to medical transition?

theres all this progress, and cosmetic procedures seems common enough, given all the designer babies running around. so i firmly believe that transition is common and fairly simple to access.

i even think you could probably achieve less conventional transition goals.

Want to go full opposite sex characteristics? sure! want a mix? yep, we can do that! want just your secondary stuff changed? that too! what about no sex characteristics? fine and dandy! what about if you want something that isnt on the natural spectrum? not an issue!

I also think those who are wards or cad users would probably get it especially easy, given the government is responsible for them.

so yeah. Rei having begun his medical transition early as a ward (im thinking hormones stuff). Aria also probably got hers started early, at the very least due to her parents having a private ASTEROID (i think. idk im tired).

Did my best to draw him based on what personally imagine him as in something thats not so realistic i feel uncomfortable drawing it

adding to this with our personal headcannons for how Rei looks

he cut his own hair for years. it was a choppy lopsided mess, but at one point he learned to like it that way and wont let anyone else do it. thats his hair leave it alone.

his eyes are asymmetrical. a little bit off kilter. no, i dont have a reason. yes, it goes against the fact that this is a future society with designer babies. he has asymmetry, deal with it.

beauty marks. just... beauty marks.

he has a stubborn middle part. you cannot get it to go anywhere but maybe a little bit to one side or the other. it drives him mad.

has a strawberry birthmark(pinkish mark) in his hairline at the back of his neck. once again, dont have a reason. he just does. I think that he probably didnt even realize he had it until Viv pointed it out one day while he was cutting his hair.
