Hey, did you know you can easily have multiple systems on PluralSpace, with no need to make a second account?
Anyway, we ended up using this to create a profile for listing our individual alterhuman identities (and similar stuff)!

Sometimes I have to remind myself that's it's ok to have days in bed
It's okay to not want to speak because it takes too much energy or hurts too much
It's okay to be upset that you're missing out of things because you're unwell
It's okay to need help
It's okay to accept help
It's okay to let yourself be in pain or exhausted and to stop pushing through things and just rest

the more educated you get on fat issues the more you realize that almost everything that supposedly justifies fatphobia is actually complete bullshit. most of the health conditions that are treated as almost divine punishment for being fat (like heart issues and diabetes) are being revealed to actually *cause weight gain* instead of being caused *by* it. this goes for social 'consequences' of being fat, too. is that "neckbeard" redditor actually fat because he spends all his time online, or is it that he spends all of his time online because he's not treated like a person if you can see that he's fat, so the internet is his best option? everything is less accessible to fat people. seats on busses, at restaurants, and even at things like amusement parks, are frequently too small to comfortably sit in for a fat person. people treat you worse if you're fat, or even try to avoid you entirely. you get judged for doing leisure activities, or even for exercising at a public gym, (which proves the claims of trying to motivate you to get fit are bullshit btw) getting filmed and laughed at, posted online for your body to be a punchline. if you want to be progressive or body positive you *need* to be examining your beliefs. oppressed people are routinely forced into positions that, from the outside, may justify the narrative about these people. black folk are pushed into poverty, so that crime is often their only means of survival, enforcing the idea that black folk are criminals. queer folk are made unsafe in public so that we use codes to identify each other, enforcing the idea that queer folk are trying to secretly seduce people to be gay. and yes, fat folk are forced indoors and online so that they can enforce the narrative that we are lazy shut-ins.
#if you are skinny you need to take an interest in this#get involved with fat liberation#start fighting people on fatphobia#get mad at them when they are casually fatphobic around you because youre thin#make them afraid#defend your fat friends
btw if someone talks about something that is clearly not traumatic or emotionally intense to them, it is not possible for that to be trauma dumping. Trauma dumping is about emotionally unloading on an unsuspecting person, and an offhanded/casual mention of something that makes you uncomfortable is not trauma dumping. you, as a listener, may be bothered by it (maybe it's a squick or trigger), but that isn't called trauma dumping.
say you've got person A and person B. Person A mentions something offhandedly that they deal with on a regular basis, something that's routine that doesn't bother them. Person B finds themself agitated at the mention because why would person A bring this up? Don't they know people find that triggering?
if person B takes this emotional response and proceeds to then go off on person A about how no one wants to hear about [insert thing], however, that is trauma dumping. Person B is taking their trauma or discomfort with the topic and making it person A's problem, rather than recognizing that their reaction isn't matched to the emotional investment person A has. That isn't anyone's fault. But by blaming their reaction on person A and accusing them of trauma dumping, person B is discarding their responsibility to handle their own emotions and shoving them onto someone who did not consent to being their therapist. That's the definition of trauma dumping.
it's truly ironic, because I most frequently see the concept of trauma dumping used for harm - to silence marginalized voices by dumping a rant onto person A, blaming them for person B's reaction driven by trauma or bigotry (or sometimes, both). The people I see slinging around accusations of trauma dumping the most are the ones who start trauma dumping on the people they accuse. They use it like a weapon to shut down discussion of marginalized people's experiences, no matter how tame and non-traumatic.
The most common scenario I've encountered? Ableism. People telling disabled people to shut up about their disabilities because according to ableists, talking about disabilities at all is trauma dumping. And I'm sorry, but that just isn't acceptable. You cannot go around accusing disabled people of trauma dumping for mentioning the facts of their existence, the medical treatments they need, the mobility aids they use, the lifestyle changes required by their health, or the accommodations they need. These are all routine parts of day to day life. It is entirely too common for disabled people to be accused of trauma dumping for simply daring to exist while disabled, and I will not accept that.
For the able: your discomfort around disability is not disabled people's fault or responsibility. Talking about disability is not trauma dumping, and I've seen way too many of you emotionally unload on unsuspecting disabled people who didn't ask for your opinion. Keep your ableist ranting to yourself, please.
These are numbered cuz I got better each time. Don't flip the canvas and look at the first two they are WONKY :]
youve heard of "hrt should be free for everyone who wants it" now get ready for chromosome testing & ultrasounds should be free for everyone who wants it
this post is about intersex people
#for a second i was confused#“why would op put such a huge flag and text”#“its clear the post is about intersex peoooo-”#and then i saw the tags derailing...#people on this site can be so dense...#intersex care should be an universal right#free and easily available
🙃
At this point I'm not sure if they're just being dense or willfully erasing us as usual. Possibly a mix of that. It's really hard to tell until you get their personal opinions on what intersex even is tbh
Anyways I support this very much, especially since our variations can mean needing significant adjustments in healthcare.
BUT. It has to be properly confidential and safeguarded or it'll just be abused and used as a way to track us like they're doing with those "ancestry kits".....
youre so fuckign right
sometimes pro endos and anti endos should just. chill. interact. don't limit yourself to only interacting with people with morals that are 100% the same as yours. everyone's all "no one is perfect" until the imperfection is that they don't agree with you on something. like no actually flaws aren't just skills people aren't good at, they're also moral things
tl;dr just chatting with people who disagree with you is ok and not everything is about syscourse
.
I think takes like these come from a good place but fundamentally misunderstands the way pro-endos view the issue at play, here. This is an issue of discrimination and fakeclaiming. When we talk about being pro-endo we view that as the same as being pro-lgbt or pro-neurodivergent or pro-poc, it's a statement of allyship and a refusal of discrimination. Pro Endo circles discuss anti-endo beliefs as a form of bigotry, because it is.
So the idea of being friends with people who are vocally anti-endo on purpose, is similar to the idea of being friends with people who are vocally homophobic and racist on purpose.
To anti endos and even some endo neutrals, Endogenic plurality is a concept or idea we are discussing, like wether or not God exists. To pro Endos, endogenic plurals are a group of PEOPLE who are being told they're evil, or don't exist, or are confused, or are preying on people by existing.
If you view endos not as a concept but as a GROUP OF PEOPLE who are being harassed and fakeclaimed and bullied, then the idea of being friends with a person who is vocally and decisively against that group becomes repulsive.
So this take reads the same way as "guys we gotta be friends with homophobes and transphobes who believe LGBT people are all faking and not real and also actively harmful. What about no one is perfect? Gay people should all go hug a homophobe right now" reads. Which is to say, bad
Don't get me wrong you should be open to talking to people who seem actually like, open to be convinced. If it's a "well meaning grandma who wants to be supportive but doesn't understand the LGBTs" type situation then sure! But when people don't want to interact with others who are posting anti-endo discourse posts regularly and are very adamant about it.... there's a reason why.
As more and more people are being forced to switch to Windows 11, Microsoft's most AI-malware-ridden OS yet, I've been putting together articles and links for how to undo the damage and save your battery, your RAM, your disk space, your privacy, and your sanity from this bullshit.
FIRST:
The easiest way to get rid of the majority of the bullshit that Windows is forcing on us, as of October 2025, is this one-stop-one-click debloat solution from a modern day hero:
A simple, lightweight PowerShell script to remove pre-installed apps, disable telemetry, as well as perform various other changes to customi
It's very easy, even if you're not tech savvy or get scared of pop up windows saying "ARE YOU SURE?" Yes, you are sure, I promise. This program takes maybe two minutes and will save you SO MUCH pain, time, and money (and exploitation).
Now that you've done that, here's the cleanup, to catch the little shit that the debloat might have missed (most of this will already be done by debloat, but hey, it's good to double check).
Microsoft wants to put AI everywhere on your PC, but you can take back control.
Even just reading about some of these features makes me angry. Fucking Copilot and "Discover" AI scrapers are in Notepad. NOTEPAD. And then there's this uncanny valley garbage:
No uncanny valley video calls for me, thanks! (Also, what else is it doing while it scans your face and listens to your calls? What else, microsoft? Because there was a lot of memory being assigned to this program for a simple "smooths your skin" add on).
Tired of Microsoft pushing ads throughout Windows 11? Here are the settings you can tweak to turn them off and reclaim some privacy.
The truly insane number of places they have stuck ads on your own home computer is sickening. Become Unmarketable.
Bonus:
Some background programs you probably don't need that are taking up space and how to remove them (Microsoft forums, 2024)
Your Samsung Galaxy Phone comes with 22 apps you don't need (Android Police, 2025)
How to disable the AI in firefox (still the only browser that lets you do this permanently) (Windows Report, 2025)
Hi, an “endogenic” refresher course, right here!
1. We introduced the term “endogenic” into the community August 2014, along with some other terms! It was in response to exclusionists (wrongly) complaining about “systems without DID” using “their words”. It was an attempt at creating nonmedicalized terms that any plural system could use.
2. It was also a way to do away with terms that had fallen into disfavor— specifically “natural systems”, a term that had been in use possibly as early as 1994. It was disliked because people felt it implied that trauma-caused systems were unnatural. “Endogenic” fixed that.
3. The word “endogenic” was lovingly created to help systems put their experience into words. All it means is “a system not formed by trauma”; it doesn’t imply any other cause, set of beliefs, or experiences. It doesn’t imply the system is nondisordered or doesn’t have trauma. It doesn’t mean any other system’s origins in trauma or dx status is “invalid” or whatever.
4. Though the terms were eventually posted to tumblr, the idea didn’t start there. Tumblr was created in 2007; the concept of systems not caused by trauma has, again, been online since the 90s. Nor was the term created by singlets! We’re a trauma-caused system with DID.
5. “Endogenic” wasn’t created as an insult or to exclude anyone. We have loved ones who are endogenic. Many of the terms in use now were created by endogenics. They have helped preserve plural history, and defended the community. They are good people, and real systems. The hate they get is completely senseless.
Thanks for coming to our talk. Please stop insulting endogenic systems, and educate yourselves instead, thanks. (Unless it’s just pure malice at this point in which case, fuck off I guess.)
https://endogenichub.weebly.com/ is a decent site to learn more.
