Honestly why did no one tell me Banana Bread was this good? I‘ve really been missing out haha

Saw this recipe discussed in memes on Reddit, don‘t really remember where, but definitely wanted to try it. And I did haha

I don‘t eat bananas normally but in this sweet bread form? Yeah gimme more lmao.

My very own no recipe Chocolate chip muffins!

A bit too bitter(too much cacao powder), and could be a little more moist (more oil and milk) but otherwise super tasty. For a super impulsive baking moment, great outcome.

The last posts were recipes from a baking book I have. These chocolate muffins? They are made from scratch with no recipe and just a rough idea of what ratio I want what to be haha

This is the second time I‘ve made muffins without a recipe, but these ones taste far better than my lemon ones. (The lemon ones tasted mostly after butter haha)

And while I did write down what and how much I used of what oingredient I used afterwards, I promptly forgot how much flour, cacao powder, butter and sugar I actually used lmao.

Why did I make these? I was craving some chocolate muffins. And I want to more or less come up with my own recipes.

I can cook a lot of dishes from scratch but baking? Only know how to make muffins I suppose haha

I want to be able to make things without a recipe. So I‘m just gonna learn the rough process and basic amounts to go with what to start baking from scratch.

That and I haven‘t postes on this blog specifically in over 2y when it was meant for regular baking and cooking haha

More cakeroll! This one has a lemon buttercream!

It was a bit messier, so I didn't really put it nicely somewhere for the photos.

I made it on Sunday as a dessert for mine, my brother and my nieces cooking session.

Was delicious! Although I found it to be too sweet, but everyone else liked it a lot.

Next week(this week on Sunday) a mocca chocolate cake roll is planned.

It tastes great, but pff the dough, I should have made like double the amount. Otherwise though did gelatine for the first time on my own. Scary haha I mean scary only when you forget how to do it.

Thanks goodness the internet exists haha otherwise I would have messed up the cakes cream.

"Zitronen Quarksahnerolle" recipe is from a book I have. Love it. Wouldn't call it beginner friendly though haha

Lost a bet, so I had to make a cake, that we'll share with some more people later.

Gnocchi Casserole!

Super delicious! However it tastes even better with pasta instead of Gnocchi!

My brother and I made this dish about 3 times now and with Gnocchi for the first time haha.

We left out the tomatoes, champingnons and used powdered forms of oninion and garlic! Super delicious! Even for picky eaters!

Alright starting my cooking/baling blog now haha Definitely cook/bake too much to not do so, it has been on my mind for months now.

Lets start with Dango!

I have made these twice now!

First time: Alongside my brother and niece we tried making Dango for the first time. We used fooddye for green but raspberry juice for pink. They were pretty good especially with chocolate sauce! We made another sauce as well, but chocolate sauce was better.

Second time: Today alone btw, went overboard with the fooddye so it is a little redder than it should be haha. Same for the green haha.

I also added an additional spoon of sugar to make then sweeter. Chocolate sauce I'll make later again. These are intended as desert for me and my niece later.
