I used to use Google docs, but the white mode only was really annoying me (tires my eyes), so I swapped to Ellipsus (which I genuinely love and recommend), but it was bothering me a bit that I need wifi in order to use it, so now I switched to LibreOffice Writer, which I do like.
It very much has a Microsoft Word feel, but is open source and you need no accounts to use it. It's local on your device, so no AI can scan it, and no wifi is needed.
I still wish it had the Google Docs cards, because, bitch, that thing is so good for easy organizing.

Special Rules And Ordinances For The City Of Ba Sing Se (copy for revisions)

5. The Kyoshi Warriors are a most ancient and honorable order. They do not have a cadet branch in the Water Tribes, and Sokka (man or baby) is not a member, and thus can not visit the Museum of War where the most legendary weapons from Ba Sing Se's history are kept.
5.1 Ba Sing Se does not recognize "The Oshinama Fighters" led by Chief Hakoda as a valid branch of the Kyoshi Warriors. Therefore it does not matter that Sokka (both, somehow) is a member.
5.2 We have the original documents from 400 years ago, signed by both the Earth King and Avatar Kyoshi. The current leader's word is regrettably not enough to overturn them.
5.3 BY ORDER OF AVATAR KYOSHI, BA SING SE RECOGNIZES THE OSHINAMA FIGHTERS AS AN EXTANT BRANCH OF THE KYOSHI WARRIORS.
