Comments: H.C.BEHRENDTSEN is Hans, Konni and Christian...Self described experimental math band from Leipzig, Germany. Their genre-fluid music favors surf and nineties rock nostalgia – crushed and grinded by some contemporary composition jamboree – and sprouts out in intricate grooves, eruptive spontaneity and textures ranging from the uplifting to the bizarre. When performing live H. C. BEHRENDTSEN are adorning themselves with DIY-creative coding and visual exuberance delivered by a trashy stock of TVs...Sometimes things get weird. We like it! November 11th H.C.B. will debut thier first vinyl on Schatulle Bömm and have co-released with Cassettendienst on cassette. Robert Gemmel designed the vinyl jacket. The cassette design is by Markus Färber. Incredible and very interesting combination of players all together.

Comments: Sometimes you find things and you are not sure. What a pure feeling, no knowledge just feeling. Quintin Nadig’s music is a reminder. That terrible album from Sophmore year of High School was probably presented wrong. Nadig reintroduces an old aquantence and makes them a real friend after 20, 30 years. Nice work Quintin. After only hearing two songs, I like Nadig’s better than the original. Speaking of High School, teacher Amanda Nadig is the cover artist. Maybe better said as her handmade quilt work is on the cover of this cassette. Do yourself a favor and follow the path to Amanda Nadig’s website. HOLY SHIT! Wow... It seems the Nadig family is a talented bunch.
