WEEK 6

Insight  

      Everyone has the capability of surviving. It’s just a matter of creating something that is a possible solution to our struggles.  Some of us are thinking about the fastest way yet an efficient one but still, there is no guarantee that it is effective. What’s important is that we bring out the best of ourselves which we thought we can never pull it out. We try and we find another way around until we come up to the one of the best solutions we could ever have to our problem.

Decision

      Using the knowledge that we had, creating an application that will give a huge   assistance to our fellow educator is what we decided to do. An application that will reduce the time needed to check quizzes and exam papers.

 Option

      To develop an application that can easily identify the score of student’s scores in exam or quizzes. Also, an application that is easy to use and no internet connection needed.

Lesson Learned

       We should not focus on the problem. Instead, focus on the best and effective way to solve our problems. In that case, we can lessen or maybe avoid stress.

WEEK 5 Blog | FAstGRade App

INSIGHT 

This week, we conducted interviews with teachers in order to learn more about them. We discovered their joy when their student was learning something new and the rest of the class was doing well. However, we discovered that due to the large number of students, they occasionally have problems checking the papers. Because there are so many papers to check, a lot of time is wasted. This is one of the most common sources of teacher dissatisfaction. 

DECISION 

We discovered a prevalent source of teacher annoyance. We've decided to develop a way to assist and relieve our teachers' frustrations. 

OPTION

Make something a device that can scan students' quiz/test papers. After the scan, the device will show the wrong and correct answers of the papers and most of all, the score obtained by the student will be immediately visible. 

LESSON LEARN 

Sometimes our problem is also the problem of others. Many others will profit and be relieved of the situation if a solution is found.

WEEK 3-4 (Blog UPDATE)

The researchers was advised to change product and find more efficient one for costumers benefits. It is important to ensure the exact needs of the costumer/interviewee’s that fits to there problem. Hence, by developing new idea that led to have an effective product. 

Indeed, the researchers gathered more information by conducting interview and come up with another product.

WEEK 2 Blog | Fire Alarm Automatic Door Release With Lighted Arrow Sign

INSIGHT 

Through reflecting on our previous interview we was able to pull apart both positives and negatives aspects. Everyone has good ideas. Most of them will not get off the ground, and even fewer of those will succeed over the long haul.It really helps to have trusted advisors who can share lessons with you from their own experience. Some of you may be lucky to start out under their tutelage, while others may have to go out and find some more experienced guides to consult for their advice. Be humble, and ask lots of questions. We all have something to learn.

DECISION 

Despite this, we resolve to create something that will assist them in overcoming their troubles. A prototype/device that can solve their problem and fix their service issue.

OPTION 

We have two options: one is to create an application that will assist online purchasers in determining the ideal outfit for them depending on their sizes, and the other is to create a device that will assist establishments and people who are unsure of where the fire exit is located. A device that sounds an alarm whenever it detects heat, and lights up when there is a fire. There are lights on the floor that can be followed to the fire exit.

LESSON LEARN 

 We speak with a variety of folks and discover a variety of issues. We intend to make the best feasible solution after studying each situation.

INSIGHTS

• The people we have interviewed have common denominator which is hardship that they are capable of surviving. We won’t always get what we want right away, it teaches us that we still don’t have control over time no matter how good our time management skills are and no matter how good we are at predicting our future. The struggle may not be fun, but it is necessary for them to strive hard and go on with life. They consider all the possibilities of solving the problem and used maximum of their efforts.

DECISION

• One decision we have made is that we will make use of our knowledge to make something that will help them lessen their difficulties. With that, they can benefit assistance that may be useful to help resolve their service issues.

OPTIONS

• The options we have is that we make an application that can help online buyers to aid their difficulties in choosing the best outfit for themselves based on their sizes and the other option is a device that can help the establishments and also the people that don’t know where the fire exit is. A device that alarms every time it sense heat and when there is fire, there are led lights on the floor that you can follow going to the fire exit.

LESSONS LEARNED

• We have learned that different people face different problems. All we have to do is to know how to overcome those problem with possible solutions.
