Now, by fake I mean: the alligator wasn’t real, it was put there as a prank by some Youtubers, to record people’s reactions. So the guy a) survived, and b) reacted as he would (AKA: fought a fucking alligator to save his friend) had it been real, because neither of them knew it wasn’t.

I never expected to draw as much as I did and had reaaaal trouble ending it. I hope it didn't disappoint.

I redraw the ending a few times but wasn't happy with it and so ended up with the whole family gathering instead of just the brothers and splinter.

Yay! ‘Bug Busters’ pleased me with some belated budding conflict, but it’s still not enough so I’ll keep it up with my fan fiction until I can.  This comic is kinda of a canon compliant for Mikey’s weird behaviour in “Mrs. Cuddles”: if it is really canon that sweet, supportive, adorable Mikey can act like a lil prick as well, then cool, I’m gonna roll with it and address to the consequences of his actions,since the cartoon does not.  Also, regarding what Don says about himself- feel free to read it as him being just socially awkward or autistic- it’s vague on purpose because that hc is a spectrum to me and I love both ends. And now, let me do something self-indulgent: In the previous episode: Donatello and Michelangelo had no idea Raph was bottling up his negative feelings.  In the next episode: during his night stroll,  Raph makes a new friend and finds out something about himself.

I love Rise, but the lack of conflict in the show is something I can’t get over with.  So, I’m making up my own plotline and stuffing it with some cheesy n overdramatic headcanons.  If I get the time and will to draw them, I have 3 follow-ups to this comic in mind: one is a direct consequence starring Don&Mikey, then there’s a Raph&Mikey moment and finally a Raph&Leo confrontation. The general aim of the comics would be to show each of the brothers’ personal issues emerging and how that will start to form cracks in their relationships.
