Yeah, sometimes you get up on the horse and you realize you're fine, you're safe, and you lose that fear of horses.

But sometimes you get up on that horse and now you're just having a panic attack on a horse, and that's not fun for either of you.

Start with watching the horses. Familiarize yourself with one horse in particular. Watch someone else ride the horse. Take the steps to get on the horse minus the actual getting on the horse. Then someday, eventually, you'll get back on that horse when you're ready.

My sister (who does not live with me) just woke me up to give me sleeping Derpy (the perfectest baby boy in the world, little kitty cat) and 1. Best reason to be woken up ever

2. FINALLY a Derpy plush designed by someone who ACTUALLY likes Derpy. He is SO accurate and adorable. I love him. (I own one of the ugly ones but I'm SO glad this one exists)
