The Mikes Walters as Birth Order
Michael: The reckless, wild, irreverent older half-brother from the first marriage who was abandoned and made to figure out everything on his own and both resents his younger half siblings and wants to protect them from everything. Will throw down at the first hint that any of his younger siblings are threatened but will also be the first one smack his younger siblings if he things they're getting out of line. Has a clear favorite sibling. Thinks most rules are bullshit but holds a select few rules as paramount.
Mike: The rules loving, plan making first born who feel responsible for everyone and acts as both peacemaker and enabler. Feels guilt for what the Reckless Half Brother went through. Feels guilt for not protecting his younger siblings even when he does his best to do so. Tries to hold siblings accountable for their actions while simultaneously making excuses for them. Stretched thin to the point where he sometimes neglects his own life. On the rare occasion he has a melt down all bets are off.
Mikey: Not the youngest but was for a while and is still treated like it. Everyone makes excuses for him. Gets to act out and be selfish because he's considered the littlest brother. Goes running to the Rules Loving First Born when there's a problem and throws a tantrum anytime he doesn't get his way. Clashes frequently with Reckless Half Brother because Littlest Brother thinks he knows better than him. A real whiny little shit but he's funny (and fun) about it. Thinks everyone else should follow the rules but him. When he is upset about something he will make it EVERYONE's problem.
MW: Actually the littlest brother but he was born so late that he's often forgotten about. Somehow still expected to bend to Littlest Brother's whims. Often defended and supported by the Rules Loving First Born, but Littlest Brother often takes up so much time and energy that even Rules Loving First Born can't tend to him very often. has high expectations put on him to be responsible. Reckless Half Brother sees himself in Forgotten Little Brother because they both feel abandoned but Reckless Half Brother often compounds Forgotten Little Brother's sense of unimportantance by being reckless with his safety.
