[ Hiccup slowed his advance when he saw the hobblegrunt’s snout. Though he continued, his hand going out and casually running along the scales of the beast’s neck. “ Well, Spitelout has been complaining about some dragons on the northern part of the island getting too territorial. ” The chief stated his hand halting on the dragon’s back to turn his attention to his mother. “ And while I know a lot about dragons these guys are not quite what I am used to. They are, well, some of the dragons that came here with you-Not that I’m blaming you. I was just wondering… if you would maybe help me calm them down. ” ]
The dragon gave a low rumble of affection towards the chief and shifted it’s large weight to lay down comfortably in the large stall she’d been tending to it in. Listening as she finally placed patched of cloth over the sticky poultice, she hummed in thought.
“I s’ppose it’s t’be expected, what with all these dragons in one place.” she remarked as she deemed the bandage good enough and stepped out of the stall, taking her staff and moving out through the large door. A couple shakes and Cloudjumper poked his head over the lip of the building’s edge. He tilted his large head and crawled down, giving Hiccup a comfortable coo before Valka hooked herself up onto his back. “Let’s go, ‘afore they cause more trouble.”
"Hey mom, can you come here a minute?"
“Aye, what’s wrong Hiccup?”
She turned from the Hobblegrunt she’d been tending to, a small wound on its face covered in the poultice that coated her hands.

"I don’t see how coming all the way out here is really very practical. I mean I am sure there are plenty of mounts back on Berk that I could perhaps bond with?" he called out as he stood upon the wind whipped cliffs of the island.
She looked back, smiling brightly.
"I didn'ae think they would be good. Most of 'em 'ave riders already." She shifted and climbed further up, hook used as a walking stick as she got up and looked around. How nice it was to be back here. The air was so clean and clear and lovely up here.
The bushes shook, the tree branches trembled as something made its way out of the wooded area, a huge dragon, about half the height of a Tyhoomerang if it were to stand on its hind legs buts right now, it leaned on its wings much like a Stormcutter would. With three heads on its shoulders, and ten large and powerful wings, five on each side, each had four large sharp hooked talons, similar to the ones on its hind legs. Large fins covered each side on its body and back. Its necks and body was long most of its tail was still hidden amongst the trees and fluffy manes ran down the neck of each head and even wrapped around its shoulders. Fur covered its underside as tough scales covered its back and hind legs. Each head was a different color the head on the left was blue and head on the right was violet while the head in the middle was purple and the body was a mixture of the three colors. The eyes of each head were similar to Bewilderbeast's.
The three heads looked at the Stormcutter and its rider with tilted heads, the 6 set of ears on each head perked up in curosity.
Valka turned, eyes wide as she spotted the dragon. The stormcutter's leathery wing moved 'round her protectively, a cautious stare landing on the newcomer. It was not their place, no, but his rider was his priority. Valka made small shushing noises at Cloudjumper to calm him. Worry creased her brow as she watched and waited with breath held. What a curious creature, and bearing no ill will towards them.
Taking a moment to stand up better, Valka shifted forward, keeping low and moving on her hands and knees. When she was a tad closer- hearing the concerned grumbled and noises Cloudjumper emitted- she offered the herb-covered hand towards the dragon's three heads.
"It's alright. I'm no' gonna' hurt ye'..."

Valka adored the feeling of Cloudjumper's scales, and as she took a rough bundle of dark herbs in her hands, she scrubbed at the scales and hummed to herself. The dragon adored her attentions, rumbling deep within his throat and leaning into the scrubs. The Stormcutter had gotten himself into a mild fight with a Whispering Death, and Val had a mind to help the light wounds he had received. Nothing worrisome, though she had chided the great beast like a mother for picking fights.
He rolled onto his back and she scrubbed with the herbs at a light scrape, chuckling as what sounded like a purr emmitted from his throat. She hummed again at him and when all the herbs were rubbed into his hide, he rolled back over, watching as she shook the remaining paste off her hands and rubbed them against her leathers.
Something new. Valka looked up and around and Cloudjumper's wing crled around her, sniffing nose flaps flaring as he looked around.
The area he’d flown into was unfamiliar; foreign and strange, so the island had been a welcome sight. Angling his body, the dragon eased itself into a slow dive, landing gracefully on the ground.
It began to explore the grounds, a deep rumble sounding from him as he as he sniffed about the area. He’d found better places than an island to land on before, but long-distance flying tended to tire one out.
Hopefully this place would prove a suitable resting place or even a new home. Maybe he’d find an area nearby with prey to hunt. After all, the island he’d himself on had looked rather promising from the air.
Catching wind of something, he went stiff, head raising and head turning as he scanned his surroundings. He stood stock still, ears perked and alert and twitching this way and that, trying to locate the source of whatever he was hearing. Something.
No.
Two somethings.
He was curious about the newcomers, but self-preservation kept him from doing any further investigation. Instead, he stuck to his hiding place, dark scales allowing him to blend into the cave he’d found shelter in.
He scuttled further in through the mouth of the cave, watching and waiting for whatever would come. If he had to, he’d take them by surprise. Food would have to come later.
She sniffed as she moved, shifting and pulling herself easily up into a tree to look about. It was an odd island, rarely visited. The weather around it had been tumultuous once, enough to scare her and Cloudjumper away from potential additions to the nest. She would prefer they were protected by the elements than to risk taking them away from their own haven.
Something nearby- the winds dhifted, changed, and something new came within her and Cloudjumper's collective circle. It darted away, and Valka frowned, climbing back down and landing on Cloudjumper's back. He crawled forward, the feral woman making low, friendly crooning noises. She situated herself low on Cloudjumper's back to hide her scent and present the dragon first- a more friendly approach to dragons who were scared of humans.
She was unsure of the outcome, worried if the dragon was injured, or worse. She could calm many beasts, but injured, scared dragons were the most difficult.

Valka felt the shifting of muscles under the scaly hide beneath her feet as Cloudjumper carried her high above the clouds. Kept upright by hardened muscles in her legs. The foreboding armor was set aside for simple furs and her leathers as they traveled the skies in search of new dragons. Hiccup and Toothless were busy, and Valka could not find anything in the village to keep her mind from wandering to the skies.
As he banked left and began the descent to a large island below, Valka shifted to move lower to his back, a concerned rumble in her throat. Cloudjumper warbled back, and she squinted at the small land below- her eyes were no dragon's. She had not been here in a while, too busy with Berk's recovery.
As she landed, Valka looked around the area and heard the Stormcutter behind her sniffing and looking about.
"So ye're no' actually sure if'n ye' saw another dragon.." A small sigh, but she did trust him, and moved forward, curious in any case.
