actually i hate how leo and nico were the best adhd rep in the series, it's actually maddening. it's really embarrasing because they were relatable in a lot of their aspects but then they were treated in the worst ways. literally, leo was annoying because he had more severe adhd than the others??? not that the others really displayed many symptoms in the first place??? like i never expected them all to be hyperactive or to have all the symptoms or whatever because that's ridiculous, but what happened with leo and nico was so messed up 🥴

no okay literally this. leo consistently was so relatable. when you look at his dialogue he would interrupt people and start talking about nonsense, and honestly THAT WAS THE BEST!!! no one else did that, but all you could see was everyone else getting annoyed. he openly would fidget and everyone else's pov called him annoying for that. like, i literally would never forget in moa, when riordan had annabeth describing the lost trio, and giving a detailed description about jason and piper and for leo, "he was adhd even by demigod standards" was the ONLY thing said. leo struggled with social cues, was distracted easily, couldn't sit still, stimmed, and was easily excited and bored. like idk he did a lot and it was the BEST thing ever to see, like there aren't the words, but GOD was he literally insulted for it by everyone... it's 🥴🥴🥴!!!!!
