Thinking about how all feyre thought about and told rhysand was to save her sisters at the end of acomaf and they treat her like shit and the only time they come close to her is when she risks her life for one of them again and goes to hybern camp
mind you, nesta was yelling at feyre and telling her she was going to rip out her throat when feyre came back to the night court :)
Let’s not forget that Nesta also told Feyre that she should sacrifice herself instead of her or Elain in acosf…what a shithead
If Rhysand had wanted to control Feyre, he would have been mad when she went to see the Suriel and nearly died. If he thought he had power over her life, he wouldn’t have accepted that she wanted to be with Tamlin when he knew she was his mate. If he only wanted an heir, he could have just let her believe that she owed him one because she was with a High Lord--she already thought that was the way things worked, he didn’t have to assure her that she owes him nothing. If Rhysand didn’t respect Feyre, he wouldn’t tell her that she has every right to disagree with anything he says. If Rhysand didn’t care about Feyre’s wishes, he wouldn’t have tried his best to be nice to her sister despite disliking her so much. If Rhysand didn’t believe Feyre’s life mattered more than his own, he wouldn’t have sacrificed himself to the Cauldron so it didn’t drain her power and kill her instead.
It’s all in the books, simple as that. No matter how distorted some people’s view of him is, he will never not be an amazing partner. He has done what he could with the cards he was dealt. There is no ideal behavior when one faces impossible, unprecedented situations. The circumstances of their lives have not been easy so far, they’ve faced terrible challenges back to back. But at the end of the day, the love was always there and nothing was ever done out of malice.
Misinterpretations won’t change that.

“And wolves of water broke from behind me.
The soldiers whirled, fleeing.
But my wolves were faster. I was faster as I ran with them, in the heart of the pack.” - Sarah J Mass, A Court of Mist and Fury

nesta stans are once again moaning and whining that feyre has wings and nesta emerie doesn't, that feyre is high lady and nesta viviane isn't, and as the pr manager of the night court, here's my statement: CRY HARDER, BITCH! matter of fact send me a voice memo so i can enjoy your whining live. stay a bitter jealous loser, just like your fav who will ALWAYS be feyre's subordinate because she could never amount to anything more in her sad, miserable life. enjoy this portrait of THE queen of illyria, wings-haver, high lady feyre archeron xx
“No matter if I had issues with my sister like Nesta and Feyre, I would never tolerate my husband threatening her.”
If I had a sister like Nesta she wouldn’t even be allowed back into my life, let alone meeting my husband, friends, or having a relationship with my kids.
Nesta still being around Feyre and being a part of her child’s life is a blessing enough. Feyre doesn’t have to go above and beyond to keep protecting her. She’s already been doing that since she was 14.
Also isn’t Nesta supposed to be a high and mighty “bad bitch”, “girlboss”, “queen of queens” that can stand up to a High Lord according to her deranged fanbase? If they’re crying about Rhys threatening poor little Nesta…doesn’t that imply that she isn’t every great thing they claim her to be but the weak and pathetic “wretch” that she admits she is? 😂
Nesta stans claim that people hate Nesta for being a headstrong, powerful and sharp-tongued woman and they wouldn't if she was a strong and handsome man. Then same group of people hate Mor, who is a headstrong, powerful and sharp-tongued woman.
Will hypocrites be ashamed? I don't think so.
Feyre really threw her shoe at the guy that she saw shattering someone’s mind with a snap of his fingers. This man was basically taking her to a faraway land as a prisoner of his bargain and this amazing icon threw her shoe at his head. Then she threw the other one because that wasn’t enough lol. What an absolute legend.
Feyre: Next time you call in the bargain, we’re enemies!
Rhys,in his head: Enemies to lovers, slowburn, angst with happy ending, 300k+words
I saw these and felt the need to share
Biblically accurate Rhysand🙂↕️💜

This is what Rhys looks like, not some AI-generated overpumped looksmaxed gym bro.
thinking about how when rhys was trying to find a way out for feyre in acosf, he only ever mentioned her. not himself, not even nyx. just feyre. even nesta, when she's talking about it, says rhys would go to the ends of the world to save feyre. and when he begs helion, he begs him to do anything to save feyre. this detail may seem small, but it's so important to me, and it goes against what people say about him, that he only wanted an heir.
«Everything Feyre has was given to her by a man.»
Let me remind:
It was Feyre who gave the most powerful men in Prythian a chance at salvation. And that was in the first book.
In the second, it was Feyre who saved Rhysand from the Hybern camp. And then she gave the Inner Circle a chance to escape the Hybern castle because she broke the ancient spells.
In the third book, Feyre literally gave opportunity to live for every creature because she restored the Cauldron.
Whatever Rhysand «gave» her, he will always owe more. And, honestly, I'm glad that this man understands it ∼
Rhysand’s own POV by the way:
Within his own damn thoughts he mentions twice how Feyre will never be designated to breeding and child rearing. He doesn’t do this to manipulate anyone, it is simply how he thinks and feels. Also, Feyre ran away from that life once and she would do it again if this relationship dynamic was similar to that.
Yet there’s still people holding on to the strange belief that an heir is all he wanted from his marriage to her. At some point one needs to realize that disliking someone doesn’t reshape reality.
I also can’t understand how people keep insisting that he is a villain, and manipulates Feyre. We were literally inside his head. We saw his thoughts. And there wasn’t a single word about him doing, having done, or planning any manipulation. Literally all his thoughts were: FEYRE, FEYRE, BEAUTIFUL FEYRE. I honestly don’t get what explanation they have for this. They say that Feyre supposedly can’t protect herself from his influence. But what about his own pow then? Did he break the fourth wall, realize he was being watched, and change his thoughts? Seriously?
The trust issues are severe because people are willing to believe that Rhys is manipulating everyone including the writer lol.
