Hey everyone, My name is Brandon, and welcome to my blog! I use this blog as a canvas to vent anything that is interesting me at the time, and as a tool to help myself and other people in my journey to stay healthy, and loose weight if needed. When I started this blog a few years ago, I weighed 198 pounds, was extremely out of shape, and my goal weight was 155. I now weigh 164, and I am an avid hiker, and love trying new ways to stay healthy, exercise and spend time outdoors. I hope to reach my goal weight this year, and am very happy with my current lifestyle.
