I feel like some bonkers stuff happened in the jeddy fandom, but I've been gone for a while so I dunno. I feel like it needs a complete do-over cuz the ship is so, so wonderful, but when I was in the fandom last it was kinda.... way more clique-y than it needed to be.

I've been in the next gen fandom since 2016 and there was no big Jeddy fall out or anything. A lot of the writers moved on, and the writers on the server happen to love Scorbus more!

As for the cliquey-ness, I'm sorry that was your experience. Jeddy was barely a whisper when cursed child came out, so the fandom was really built on the server - it can be built again, so come on over and start the conversations.

reblogs have always been in short supply for artists, sadly, but it's hitting the shitposts and even the cat pictures lately. Gotta keep getting the word out that reblogs are good and keep people posting new material that will be passed around for the next 12 years

They’re used to other social media sites, where the only equivalent of reblogging is straight-up content theft; so the idea that you can put someone else’s stuff on your page and have it not be a bad thing is a strange experience for them.

They’re likely also used to an algorithm recommending content based on what they hit “like” on, so they probably think that that’s how this works, too.

So sorry for my late reply! The fandom is teeny tiny now so Jeddy Fest is on hiatus. We're looking into running a next gen mini fest from the server if the full fest doesn't run though!

Getting excited about my Jeddy soulmate AU! Dropping this here for some accountability to finish.

Albus's calm but disbelieving voice, telling Teddy that this isn’t a joke or some drunken misunderstanding.  Before he’s thought better of it, he’s opening his eyes and allowing them to focus on his bare right wrist for the first time in his life.

It should feel alien to see the mark adorning his wrist for the first time, but it doesn’t because it’s familiar.  Painfully so.  As familiar as unruly auburn hair and warm, brown eyes.  As familiar as a cheeky smile and a face full or freckles.

SCORBUS ALMOST KISS ON STAGE (this is not a drill)

OKAY SO I JUST SAW CURSED CHILD AGAIN AND TODAY WAS THE NYC SCORPIUS’ LAST PERFORMANCE ON THE SHOW. THE END SCENE WHERE ALBUS AND SCORPIUS ARE ON THE STEPS THEY HAD THAT QUICK MOMENT WHERE SCORPIUS WAS TALKING ABOUT HOW ROSE’S FACE HAD ‘PITY’ AND ROSE SHOWED UP AND SAID “THIS WILL ONLY BE WEIRD IF YOU TWOOO MAKE IT WEIRD” WHICH SOUNDED MORE LIKE SUGGESTIVE AND KNOWING THAN USUAL AND THEN SHE POINTED AND SMIRKED AT THEM AGAIN BEFORE EXITING STAGE. THEN SCORPIUS AND ALBUS WENT OFF TO HAVE THEIR ‘NEW VERSION OF US’ CONVO AND AFTER THE PHRASE WAS SAID THEY STOP AND STARE AT EACH OTHER AND THAT’S WHEN SCORPIUS STARTS FULL ON LEANING IN FOR A MOMENT, UNTIL HE STOPS AND GETS FLUSTERED AND JUST GOES ‘UH’ AND GETS UP AND SAYS HIS USUAL GOODBYES (REALLY RUSHED THIS TIME B/C THE FLUSTER) BUT ALBUS IS ALL STARSTRUCK AND SCORPIUS RUNS DOWN THE STAIRS WITH BOTH OF HIS HANDS COVERING HIS FACE IN EMBARRASSMENT AND IT WAS SO CUTE. BEFORE SCORPIUS EXITED STAGE HE BLEW ALBUS A KISS TOO AHDAHF. 

IT WAS A GREAT FINISH FOR BRADY THEY WERE SERIOUSLY AN AMAZING SCORPIUS THROUGHOUT THEIR THREE YEARS ON CURSED CHILD AND HE REALLY DELIVERED TONIGHT <3333
