Jesus facing his death. Unable to go home and have a family. Thinking about what a normal, sweet, and simple life could be like.
I want to go home. Jesus feeling homesick and mourning normalcy on the way to his death, overfills me with heartache and adoration.

The Lord isn't a man, the Lord is the universe. Infinite, ever expanding. God isn't a person or an entity, God is everything. The stories of Gods wonder are told in the terms of man so we can just begin to understand his greatness. The vast expanse of space, a multiverse within a single atom. God is evolution. God is the atmosphere. God is the stars. God is the vacuum of space. God is the galaxies and planets uncharted. God is the chirp of birds and the decay of fallen trees. God is emotion and life and beauty and fear. To study his creation is reverence. The sound of rushing water is prayer. The whistle of storm winds is a hymn. To simply live is devotion. God is great. God is everything.
