{Music:  Another quiet night.

I think I will keep this brief.  Today was a long day with what I saw, and my dreams were not as deep and detailed as I usually experience.  Perhaps it is due to jet lag finally hammering into me in some way as I try and adjust to the local time. 

The Luxor Temple was amazing, though!  I feel as if I am short changing the experience dew due to my drowsiness.  See that misspelling?  Exactly.  

Perhaps I should retire earlier tonight than usual.  My tone sounds much more professional and strict at the moment than I would care for.

As for the previous night’s dreams...  I remember mostly vivid dreams of my vacation, and a few other things.

But I saw that horrifying version of myself, even if just for one moment.  I don’t want to think about this too much, but I have a feeling that my conversation with him was not one that I really desire to recall deeply.  

Others were present--the Emperor was back, for example, after a few nights of being absent.

I think I met... A sword?  I distinctly remember meeting a sword of the Hachisuka clan, and a Samonji.  They had human forms, however, which was curious...  I digress.

I think I should sleep for now, as tomorrow, we have to get up and go to board the cruise on the Nile for two weeks.

My younger brother is known as a “caged bird” and was only kept as a trophy. The youngest one was owned by a poor man. I doubt we could have ever met, but I have heard of them.

I see...  That honestly sounds very sad.  I’m an only child, myself, but the thought of having brothers I had never been able to meet just sounds... 

Is there anything I can do to help...?

Yeah, I guess you could see them like that. He does seem like more of a big cat than a punch man.

Having him write it...?  I actually never considered having him do much of it.  He likes to draw quite a bit with me, actually, so...  That actually might work.

And he certainly does.  Mostly because I have not see him punch much of anything while in front of me...  At least not yet.

Have I never told you about these uniforms? Mine represents the prince. But there are others who wear outfits like yours–they are known as duelists. They are a rank below myself, and they fight for their own reasons…

I suppose I was a duelist myself, once. But “prince” suits me a bit better.

I agree--while I could certainly see you as a duelist or being able to defend yourself or others, I think you look much more like a noble prince.  A duelist certainly suits me, but...

-His steps are still slow and steady as he follows Akio's lead, violet eyes softening as he gazes toward him.-

They fight for their own reasons, though...

I am not sure what reason I would have to fight.  "Survival" does not seem like a noble thing, and I do not think I fit that image much either, when I think about it...

Forgetting wouldn’t be as good as it sounds…I doubt I would even remember my own family. Taking it out might even kill me, the roots are in so deep it could just extract the rest of my mind.
