#went to the dispo today and before the door even closed behind us #a man was yelling across the whole store that he needed to see my ID #i went oh #yeah of course (shocked b/c i’d just left their other location & was not ID’d)#and he said ya sorry you just look really really young #meanwhile all of my tattoos are out which i know doesn’t necessarily mean i’m legal but like. this many on someone under 19??#anyway i hand him my ID because hes doing his due diligence and love that!!!!#man’s face drops and he goes ‘oh’ the SECOND it hits his hand #THEN HE CHECKS TO SEE IF ITS FAKE #and then he tells me i’m aging like fine wine and my husband gave him a look and the poor guy fled the scene

#been so busy at work i only cried once after i found out #then today after the week of chaos knowing o have a few days off now for husband surgery #full blown sobbing #calmed down went to get pizza at the local grocery store b/c they make amazing pizza #proceeded to say outloud ‘it’s been a bad two days’#immediately fighting off tears because i didn’t mean it #it wasn’t a bad day!!!! going to work and being able to honour my deceased youth were NOT bad days #it was a challenging privilege to be personally invited to honour our youth :-(#text #p
