Her name was Scarlett. The name was elegant yet fierce, just as she was. Her hair was a fiery red, complimenting her name. Scarlett was different from anyone else. You see she earned her money in a way that people would not consider a normal job. However, she was very good at her job because of her mindset. It always get the job, complete the job and receive the reward. She never told people much about her life, where she was from or had very many friends. 

Only recently, was she stripped of the one person who helped her through it all: Adrian Smirnov, her handler who gave her another chance and made her into the person she was today. He had recently been killed and she was on a mission to find whoever did it but she needed the help of someone special. Smirnov mentioned that she would need this person once in her life, which she highly doubted, knowing how much of a skillful woman she already was. Desperation took over her as she wished to avenge her friend's death. That’s when the Russian redhead went searching for a particular American: Barry Berkman.

This is just a little intro to a series I’m going to be writing, to hopefully set the scene. Hope you enjoy :)
