idk why but i feel like caine would be definitely be the type of person to try and find something he can relate to that said person in hopes that he could connect with them more.

like for example, zooble hates themself and their body and caine sees that as something he can personally relate to, and would immediately go straight into making self deprecating comments/jokes about himself as a way to try and get them both to see eye to eye and get closer in some way.

and of course that doesn't work because he's caine and all that lol.

This made me think of a thing he'd do in the AU, it's been on my mind for awhile so I had to kinda get it down in comic form, they're also both very alike

For the au: does caine still have (former) ringmaster powers that he hides to seem more human, or did he straight up get nerfed?

To answer your question, his powers were nerfed. He has about as much control over the circus as the humans do, although he's so used to using his admin privileges that sometimes he forgets he doesn't have them anymore.

My hand was a bit shaky today so this took more hours than it should have, but here's my first fully colored art for TADC!

Due to the amount of angst that I've been seeing after episode 8, I wanted to draw the three artists together having some fun as a breather ^_^

I'm the most proud of Zooble, I think they turned out really well! I'm still having difficulty drawing Gangle though but I like to think I'm getting better at her. Caine is still super fun to draw! I love him so much :)

A Quick Update!

Hi everyone! I just thought I'd let you guys know that I will be closing the asks in a few hours. I will be opening them up again once Episode 9 is out on Youtube, so they won't be closed forever. This is just to prevent getting spoiled for Episode 9, though I wish I didn't have to do it earlier than I intended.

If you have any questions you want answered at some point within the next three weeks, please send me them as soon as possible before I close the inbox. I won't be answering any asks immediately, but I will be answering most of them once Part 3 of my comic is almost finished.

Speaking of Part 3, it will most likely be coming out early next month. There's been a ton of complications, both with the comic and with my life in general, but it's getting there! Part 4 has been scripted and I've already sketched out a few pages, so there should be less of a gap between Part 3 and 4, although that may change if life decides to run me over with a truckload of lemons again 😭
