CAN I GET A HELL YEAHHHHH
CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THEY’RE GOING TO BE WHEN THEY REUNITE?!
you know?
HOW COULD YOU RUN OFF TO BE SOMEBODYS MRS WHEN YOU COULD BE HERE WITH YOUR PINK LADY SISTERS <333
im absolutely obsessed with them
nancy and cynthia are 100% the enablers. like if nancy said she wanted to murder mr daniels cynthia would definitely help her plot the murder and cover it up and no one can tell me wrong
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, Ari Notartomaso has phenomenal talent!!
The whole cast is incredible but Ari’s voice in particular AND their acting just always stands out to me. They bring such beautiful queer representation to the screen and it’s so heart warming to see all the non-conforming Grease fans have someone to idolise.
I really hope we get a season 2, everyone in the show deserves it. But if we don’t, I can’t wait to see what comes next in Ari’s career and I wish them every happiness and success for the future.
It warms AND breaks my heart at the same time to see the cast, crew and official accounts trying to make the show popular. We can clearly see that they are trying to start the dance trend with "The Boom" on TikTok. In, like, every of their captions on IG there's the code for the free month on Paramount+. Marisa and Madison even mentioned that in a few weeks, the season would be over and that we could watch the full season with the free month. The official account interacts with the fans, likes the fan edits and wants to see more. Paramount even opened a real Frosty Palace!! I need the world to aknowledge this show!!! This young cast is so happy to be apart of this iconic universe and I feel like they are the only one being enthusiastic about it. I feel like they were expecting a big success, AS THEY SHOULD, and I feel like they are being let down. I don't feel a lot of support for them and it breaks my heart...
I know and totally understand that everyone can't have Paramount+ but I wish that there were more enthusiasm about the show on social media. On Twitter, nobody uses the same hashtag and sometimes people don't use hashtags at all... I want the cast and crew to know how much WE LOVE THE SHOW AND SUPPORT THEM.
I want a season two for the story obviously but I want a season two for the cast too. They deserve to continue that amazing adventure.
There's no purpose to this post, I just needed to vent 🫣
i've come to realize Lydia makes this face that looks like she just witnessed a murder when her and Cynthia catch up. GIRL YOU'RE SCARED OF HOMOSEXUAL TOUGHTS
bonus: same fucking expression when she sees cynthia at the party
i fully understand why "please please please" didn't work to convince olivia to call off the wedding but oh my god is it a banger that i will be singing forever

started out the day saying “today’s gonna be a great day”.
it has not been a great day at all.
you really like titan Luz
I really do, that's an accurate assumption about me..
the owl house was a show about a young queer, nerdy neurodivergent girl failing her classes and never being able to make any friends, feeling like she didn’t fit in or belong anywhere and using escapism through her interests as a way to cope; fantasizing about all these cool fairytales that would never happen and imagining herself as the hero. when she gets the opportunity to be apart of a real fantasy world with magic and everything she’s dreamed of, she feels like she finally belongs somewhere. somewhere that feels more home than her real home. she finds people as weird as her, that don’t second guess anything about who she is and loves every part of her; yet even love and magic and good things don’t come without consequences. by the end of it all she becomes more hurt and traumatized than she was previously, but she made out of it all alive with a full heart and the knowledge that all her mistakes and hardships weren’t for nothing. she got to be the hero of her own story; not one she was given, but one she made herself.
the owl house was a show that, in all of its clicheness and dorkiness and childishness, realistically portrayed the struggles that neurodivergent kids and teens go through, from feeling like you’ve never belonged anywhere, that there’s something “wrong” with you, to having your childhood completely stripped away; and shows that those kids deserve to be happy and to have happy endings too. it sheds light onto what people with physical and mental illness have to live with, and shows that illnesses aren’t things that need to be “cured”, or “fixed”, but a part of you, and you’re not any less of a person because of it.
the owl house was a show that really really got to my heart and struck so many cords with me emotionally. i’ve never seen a show so full of love for its characters and the world they live in, a show that unapologetically gives love to everyone that’s suffered because of who they were and the circumstances they were born with. the owl house was such a good show and i’m so genuinely glad that kids these days growing up will have a show like that to learn from and look up to and relate to to help them understand there isn’t anything wrong with who they are
With the end of TOH not only capping off Disney's "loose Trilogy" with Gravity Falls, & Amphibia, it pretty much marks the end of this Golden Age of Original Children's Cartoons with Heavy syndicated storylines that started back with Adventure Time. While I don't discredit show that aren't syndicated stories or even the "brand cartoons" Like Star Wars, Transformers, or TMNT there was something magical about seeing people come up with original tales from stuff they were big fans & grew up on to create a whole era that made it cool for adults to have these theories, Excellent fanart, & to be something more then what we were used to in our youths.
I can only hope I'm wrong & one day we'll see another TOH or Steven Universe or Kipo, or Centaurworld, or Adventure Time, or Regular Show, or etc. But with recent events it leaves me less enthused. But I'll still cherish that the 2010's to the early 2020's was this marvelous & revolutionary age for TV animation.
The flapjack grave had me crying.
