Was just thinking about Fates for whatever reason and how despite the shitty writing, the conquest ending set up a potentially amazing story about Hinoka overcoming the grief of losing four out of her five family members and learning to lead Hoshido after it had been ravaged by Nohr.

I’m glad they didn’t write it bc they would have llfucked it up, and now I wanna write it myself (but I’m about to start my next semester of college so idk if I’ll have time, and it’s also been fucking forever since I’ve played fates and I lost my cartridge so I’d have to watch a playthrough of conquest to make sure I have all the context)

I also don’t know if anyone would be interested since three houses is all the rage and nobody liked fates to begin with (which is my opinion too lol I just like this specific idea)
