I was never fat, but I remember that day in 2013 when someone took that left picture of me and I didn’t recognise myself. I didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin anymore, and I decided to do something about it. The picture on the right is exactly 4 months later. Seeing these two side by side again is strange, I don’t remember it as such a big difference!
