“Mother. Might I have a word?”

"Of course, my dear. What is wrong, Charlotte?" Lilith asked, looking at her with a soft smile.

“…would you abandon Hell if I asked you to?”

Lilith opened her mouth and closed it a few times in surprise.

After a few seconds, she finally answered. "Sweetie, why are you asking me that?"

It wasn't a no......yet it wasn't a yes, either.

She swallowed a lump in her throat, knowing this was going to be a hard conversation — as nice as the peace being kept was nice… Charlotte knew it was only going to get harder from here on out.

“Mother. I’m asking you to abandon Hell and come live in Heaven with me. Those filthy sinners don’t deserve you nor your leadership! You deserve more than unworthy parasites!”

"Dear..." Lilith lets out a sigh of disappointment. It's not even an angry one. It would have been better if it was an angry one. "I am a sinner, too, Charlotte. You have sinner blood running in your veins."

She looks at her sternly, quiet but deeply to see her reaction to this. Lilith knew Charlotte knew, but maybe she didn't want to admit it.

“…? Really—? Sera told me the opposite.” She stated quietly, thoughts drifting to her adoptive mother figure now before she spoke again.

Shaking her head, back to the matter at hand! “It’s alright, Mother — we can fix you! Both you and Father! I’m sure Heaven’ll understand!”

"Of course. Sera." Lilith spat out under her breath. She never liked the angelic superiority she always seemed to have, and now her own daughter was saying the same things.

"Charlie, sweetie. It's not a thing to fix. It's who I am. It's how my people is. We wish to achieve redemption, but it passes by accepting oneself... Just like you need to do."

“Mother. Might I have a word?”

Roo: look outside…

Lilith: Excuse me?!

Lilith: Last time I saw him, he was fine.

Lilith: Well, not fine. He was hurt. By you.

Lilith: But... He promised. He promised he would never hurt anyone else again.

Lilith: Roo. What. Did. You. Do.

Roo: in my defense I only wanted to mind control him… so I could control heaven through him, but it kinda backfired because I had to cats the spell though lute and now he kinda is corrupted

A long pause

Roo: he wants to kill sinners…

Roo: yeah this is your problem right now…

In the next minute after Roo sends that message, Lilith appears before her through a portal.

"Ah, no, Missy, that's where you are wrong! You are going to fix this!"

She literally grabs her ear and narrows her eyes.

"And if I find out there is a single soul hurt in the process, you'll regret ever aiming for Heaven..."

Roo put her hands on her hips. “I’d prefer not to. Plus did you forget? I’m literally the embodiment of all evil…. Sweetheart. So save me the talk and get out before the roots of my carnivorous plants come towards you thinking you are their next meal….”

She paused for a moment. “I can’t undo it even if I wanted to which I don’t. I’m taking this as a win. Chaos is chaos after all!”

"Oh, I'll give you chaos!" Lilith pointed at her harshly. "You are going to help me, whether you like it or not."

She gave her a smirk. "Oh, did you forget that I'm the Queen of Hell~? So, since you live in Hell, you have to obey me~." Lilith practically never used her title like this since she didn't liked to, but Roo has put her domains in danger and wanted to walk free.

Lilith grabbed her from an arm and started tugging. "Alright, how can we find Lute without going to Heaven?".

Roo roles her eyes. “I don’t care who the hell you are what you rule because at the end of the day I’m more powerful than you.“ she said and crossed her arms.

“I am not helping you if that means leaving hell so be it!” She walks off and flips Lilith off while going through a portal. She didn’t quite specify which realm she was going to.

"Hey! Come back, Eve!" Lilith yells, but it's too late. She huffs, completely angry. "That fucking bitch... God, I better fix this before it's too late."

My brother, my twin brother is going to a hypocrite. Adam has been playing with my feelings, bully me, acting nice to people around Michael to get close to him. Basically use them. He acts nice to Emily saying she’s sweet. But when I said “charlie is a copy of emi, and you wanted to kill her just because she’s a hellborn” he said “YAeAh” I didn’t mean to make you jealous

He actually looked very distressed and disappointed *

Lilith pouts, frowning a bit. "Mnmhm..... Sounds believable, but... It still doesn't explain why you mentioned you liked Eve in your lap before me! Hrmpf!"

Michael: hey Lilith, it’s a weird ask but since you’re the queen of hell can you see like what your people are doing If you so wish?

Lilith: Mmm, more or less? It's not like I can known per se, but I can use my magic to feel where a person is and open a portal to them to see, if I know the person... Why?

Michael: can you see what Eve/ Roo is doing? She broke up with me and I want to know what she is doing while I’m in my room sulking…

Lilith: Uh?.... Can't you ask her yourself...?.... Wait a second, did she...?

'Did she reject you?' she wanted to wrote, but felt it would be rude to do so.

Michael:. . . She called me a pathetic angel for ever thinking she loved me …💔

Lilith went pale upon reading that message.

Lilith: Excuse me, she called you what...?

Lilith: What gives her the right?

Lilith: Oh, I have to speak with her.

Michael: please don’t! Don’t talk to her! She is stronger than she Leeds on Lilith… well she is the root of all evil …

Michael: I should have seen it coming.

Lilith: It doesn't matter how strong she is, that doesn't give her the right to treat you without respect...

Michael looked over at the visor of his exorcist mask lying around. He sighed and texted Lilith.

Michael: please don’t tell her anything… it’s fine … I’m fine…

OOC// if your wondering about the mask this might explain it—> Adam tries cheering Michael up

Gabriel pops up.

Lilith: You don't sound fine.

Lilith: Do you want me to go up there? I could be little Sariel's nanny. I know it's hard to take care of a baby when you are not alright yourself.

Michael: I am fine Lilith…

(He was definitely not fine)

Michael: he is asleep right now… I think I’ll handle it. But if you want you can come over. It would be nice…

Lilith: Open the portal, I am coming over for a visit.

And staying a day or two would not hurt...

Michael snapped his fingers and a portal opened. Swirling with gold and blue light.

It led into his room. Michael was at the bay window. He had managed to finally remove the mask, which had been stuck on him for about four hours, because of Adam.

“Lilith, dear hello!” He said and gave a wry smile “It’s good to see you.”

Lilith tried not to look at him with a look of pity, but it was difficult... Specially when he made that kind of smile at her.

"Hello, dear~. You seem well~" Lilith lied as well as she breathed. She got close to Sariel's crib silently and peeked in. "Aww, look at him~ It's like seeing a little Lucifer ~."

Michael went to one of the cupboards and took out a porcelain tea set . He knew from his sister Raguel that Lilith very much enjoyed tea and since this was his home he’d of course provide it.

The tea started to make itself with magic as he pulled out a chair for her at the tea table near the huge windows.

“Sorry, I wasn’t really prepared for this. I would have gotten ready…” he glanced at what he was wearing. A gray hoodie with black leggings. Of course he didn’t wear suits and robes when he was resting, but still he liked looking presentable.

He poured Lilith a cup of tea and then picked up Sariel who has just woken up. “Look who is up form his nap! I just realized that you haven’t seen him in person want to hold him?”

"Do I ~?" She sounded like she had been waiting all of her afterlife for this moment. "Come here with Auntie Lilith, little Sariel~."

As soon as she picked him up, Lilith's eyes started to moist with unshed tears. "I'm sorry... It has been so long since Charlie was a baby..."

Lilith sat in front of Michael, masterfully holding Sariel with one hand and taking the cup with the other. Clearly it has not been the first time she had done this.

"Babies always grow too fast, don't they~?"

Michael smiled at the fact that Sariel was liking Lilith. “He doesn’t really like being held by anyone but me. It seems he likes you.”

He reached out and ruffled Sariel’s blonde hair. “They do grow up fast. One day he’ll be a young man and … not my little boy anymore…” his eyes started water at the thought. He wiped them away with the back of his hand. “Sorry I’m not usually this emotional…”

"Maybe it's just that I'm used to it~." Lilith made a boop at little Sariel's nose.

As soon as Michael started to cry, Lilith reached out and offered him a textile napkin. "It's okay, dear... I know these days are quite difficult for you, don't worry. That's what I'm here for."

Michael took the napkin and turned towards the window to try and pull himself back together. He let out a small sigh and said. “I’ll get over it…. Sooner or later…. “

He turned back and took a sip of his tea. Chamomile always helped him to calm down. It was the only tea he drank, considering he was a coffee person.

“Everyone has been trying to cheer me up and stuff, but … it’s not that easy! I don’t want to be cheered up. I just want someone to be there for me and not to try and fix my problems!”

Michael lowered his voice when he realized that he was speaking too loudly. He didn’t want to startle Sariel after all.

“Gabriel and Lucifer are both angry and wanted to “deal with Eve”. I don’t want that. Feelings don’t just disappear and if they hurt her I think it would hurt me even more… “ he glanced at the visor of the new mask Adam had given him. “Adam’s approach was different … “ he took a deep breath. “He thought throwing me off a building was a good idea…”

Deep down Michael actually thought it was sweet. After all it’s the thought that counts right!

Lilith caressed little Sariel's head so he didn't worry due to the sudden loud sounds and yelling.

"I understand... What you need is someone to listen, not someone to act to defend you." She took a sip of her own tea. Mmm, it was tasty, but it was not done by someone who loved tea, clearly.

"I think Luci and Gabriel are doing this in the heat of the moment, but I will convince them to back down. How does that sound?"

Michael nodded. “That would be nice … I just don’t want anyone hurt anymore, especially after what just happened. “ he was now pacing the room.

“I mean what if I did something wrong?… what if I wasn’t good enough to her?” That question made his chest ache a bit but he tried to brush it off and picked up Sariel’s bottle which had finished warming up.

“Come on give him to me I’ll feed him…” he said as he walked over to Lilith.

"Nope~ He is mine now~." Lilith joked, holding little Sariel protectively over her body. Then, after a few minutes she laughed out loud and gave him to his father.

"He is so well mannered, didn't even cry once even though he doesn't know me~" Lilith stared at the baby with a fond smile.

Then looked at Michael, her expression turning into one of worry. "I can't say if you did something wrong or not. But it is awful that she didn't tell you if you did."

Lilith looked around the room. "I have learned a lot about humanity hearing stories of sinners, Michael. Sometimes love fades away, and there is not much we can do to fix that. But to hurt someone you once cared about its... It tells a lot about her character, and not good things."

Michael positioned Sariel in his arms so he would be comfortable and gave him his bottle. The baby grabbed onto it and started drinking the milk rapidly. “Okey easy there, not so fast.” Michael said to him. He had gotten used to taking care of a baby angel, especially after Emily.

His wings drooped at what Lilith said. “Well I guess it wasn’t meant to be… still I’ve liked her since Eden and it hurts. I guess hell really did change her… I miss the girl she was before the whole fruit of —“ Michael stoped realizing that mentioning the apple would trigger Lilith and he certainly didn’t want that.

“Oh, Sarry! Finished already? You must have been hungry. Come on let me burp you and after that you can go back to auntie Lilith because it seems you like her a lot.” He gave him a few gentle pats and after the tiny burp he gave him back to Lilith.

“He really likes you, but he might start pulling on your hair now that he is energized… he does that with me so be careful.”

Lilith picked him up eagerly, starting to scratch his tummy with a nail to get him to laugh.

"It has been two thousand of years." Lilith started, not stopping the play with Sariel while she talked. "People change in short times for small reasons, and she has been bearing the fruit of knowledge all this time. No wonder she changed."

Her voice showed pain while she spoke, but it was also stern. Like the pain of remembering was something she was already used to.

"Maybe it's time for you to move on...?"

Michael sighed. “You are probably right. Everyone has been telling me that, Lucifer, Gabriel, Raphael and even Adam….”

He pauses for a bit and tugs the hood of his gray hoodie over his head. “Still I’ll need time… I do feel better after having that chamomile tea…. “

"A breakup is never easy." Specially when it's such a hard one, she thought for herself but didn't say out loud.

"Surely, passing time with the family and friends will help you." While she spoke, Lilith had her head tilted to one side. Little Sariel had been tugging at her hair while she was talking.

“I guess you are right…” he mumbled, “though I still rather be alone right now or with one person… i just feel so sad!”

He said this and looked at Sariel who had been playing with Lilith’s long hair. “Sariel, don’t pull too hard , okey sweetie?” The baby immediately stopped pulling, but he didn’t quite let go.

"Well..." Lilith gave a look at the poor archangel, and let out a pitiful smile. "That sadness proves you loved her with all your soul. If you hadn't, you would not be in such a state now... And I'm sure Eve feels sadness in some way deep within her, too."

Lilith puts a hand on his shoulder to give him comfort.

"I know it seems hard now, but... One day, those will be good memories, instead of bitter ones."

She caressed little Sariel's head and gave him a kiss on the hair. "Why don't we put the little one to sleep? Surely it is time for his nap."

Michael nodded. “You are right… I’ll get over it…” he said this while fixing the pillows and blankets in Sariel’s little crib.

He looked back at Lilith. “The bed is ready! I’ll just get his little shark stuffed animal. He can’t sleep without it.” Michael went to the dresser and grabbed the plushie. “You can turn on the mobile above the crib. It has little angels and stars.”

Lilith turned on the mobile as Sariel reached out for his shark plushie. "Aww, look at him~" She gave a small grin. "I can guess who gifted him that~."

She looked at Sariel softly and started caressing his hair in a comforting manner. "Twinkle, twinkle, little star..."

Lilith continued to sing while Sariel sleeply started to close his eyes, fighting to remain awake a little longer.

As the song continued on, it became obvious that her comforting singing was not only meant for Sariel. It may not put him to sleep, but surely Michael's heart was feeling a little lighter after this. Lilith's singing affected emotions, after all.

When the song reached its end, Lilith let out a small giggle. "Charlie used to love this lullaby when she was Sariel's age~"

Michael stood near the bey window for a long moment. Lilith’s singing was really calming and pleasing to the ear, no wonder she was known for it in hell. “Emily loved lullabies too… her mother used to sing it to her when she was little…”

he didn’t continue because he didn’t wish to talk about his former wife just shifted his gaze towards the shark plushie in Sariel’s hands. “Yeah, you are probably gonna guess Vox and you’d be correct. It sings baby shark and Sariel loves it!”

When Michael came back from the bey window, Lilith smiled softly and gave him a tight hug. "It's okay. You will be okay."

After a while, she silently moved away and then, turned back. "I should go back down, I don't want to stay away from Hell for long lately~..."

Michael turned towards Lilith to see her out. “You know… this was very nice of you to come … thank you…”

He opened his arms a bit to see if Lilith wanted to hug.

Lilith hug him tightly, for as long as he wanted him to, and when the hug was finished, she went back home.

Lilith picked him up eagerly, starting to scratch his tummy with a nail to get him to laugh.

Her voice showed pain while she spoke, but it was also stern. Like the pain of remembering was something she was already used to.

"Maybe it's time for you to move on...?"

Michael sighed. “You are probably right. Everyone has been telling me that, Lucifer, Gabriel, Raphael and even Adam….”

He pauses for a bit and tugs the hood of his gray hoodie over his head. “Still I’ll need time… I do feel better after having that chamomile tea…. “

"A breakup is never easy." Specially when it's such a hard one, she thought for herself but didn't say out loud.

"Surely, passing time with the family and friends will help you." While she spoke, Lilith had her head tilted to one side. Little Sariel had been tugging at her hair while she was talking.

“I guess you are right…” he mumbled, “though I still rather be alone right now or with one person… i just feel so sad!”

Lilith puts a hand on his shoulder to give him comfort.

"I know it seems hard now, but... One day, those will be good memories, instead of bitter ones."

She caressed little Sariel's head and gave him a kiss on the hair. "Why don't we put the little one to sleep? Surely it is time for his nap."

Michael nodded. “You are right… I’ll get over it…” he said this while fixing the pillows and blankets in Sariel’s little crib.

Lilith turned on the mobile as Sariel reached out for his shark plushie. "Aww, look at him~" She gave a small grin. "I can guess who gifted him that~."

She looked at Sariel softly and started caressing his hair in a comforting manner. "Twinkle, twinkle, little star..."

Lilith continued to sing while Sariel sleeply started to close his eyes, fighting to remain awake a little longer.

When the song reached its end, Lilith let out a small giggle. "Charlie used to love this lullaby when she was Sariel's age~"

When Michael came back from the bey window, Lilith smiled softly and gave him a tight hug. "It's okay. You will be okay."

After a while, she silently moved away and then, turned back. "I should go back down, I don't want to stay away from Hell for long lately~..."

Michael: hey Lilith, it’s a weird ask but since you’re the queen of hell can you see like what your people are doing If you so wish?

Michael looked over at the visor of his exorcist mask lying around. He sighed and texted Lilith.

Michael: please don’t tell her anything… it’s fine … I’m fine…

Gabriel pops up.

Lilith: You don't sound fine.

Lilith: Do you want me to go up there? I could be little Sariel's nanny. I know it's hard to take care of a baby when you are not alright yourself.

Michael: I am fine Lilith…

Michael: he is asleep right now… I think I’ll handle it. But if you want you can come over. It would be nice…

Lilith: Open the portal, I am coming over for a visit.

And staying a day or two would not hurt...

Michael snapped his fingers and a portal opened. Swirling with gold and blue light.

It led into his room. Michael was at the bay window. He had managed to finally remove the mask, which had been stuck on him for about four hours, because of Adam.

“Lilith, dear hello!” He said and gave a wry smile “It’s good to see you.”

Lilith tried not to look at him with a look of pity, but it was difficult... Specially when he made that kind of smile at her.

"Hello, dear~. You seem well~" Lilith lied as well as she breathed. She got close to Sariel's crib silently and peeked in. "Aww, look at him~ It's like seeing a little Lucifer ~."

Michael went to one of the cupboards and took out a porcelain tea set . He knew from his sister Raguel that Lilith very much enjoyed tea and since this was his home he’d of course provide it.

The tea started to make itself with magic as he pulled out a chair for her at the tea table near the huge windows.

He poured Lilith a cup of tea and then picked up Sariel who has just woken up. “Look who is up form his nap! I just realized that you haven’t seen him in person want to hold him?”

"Do I ~?" She sounded like she had been waiting all of her afterlife for this moment. "Come here with Auntie Lilith, little Sariel~."

As soon as she picked him up, Lilith's eyes started to moist with unshed tears. "I'm sorry... It has been so long since Charlie was a baby..."

Lilith sat in front of Michael, masterfully holding Sariel with one hand and taking the cup with the other. Clearly it has not been the first time she had done this.

"Babies always grow too fast, don't they~?"

Michael smiled at the fact that Sariel was liking Lilith. “He doesn’t really like being held by anyone but me. It seems he likes you.”

"Maybe it's just that I'm used to it~." Lilith made a boop at little Sariel's nose.

As soon as Michael started to cry, Lilith reached out and offered him a textile napkin. "It's okay, dear... I know these days are quite difficult for you, don't worry. That's what I'm here for."

Michael took the napkin and turned towards the window to try and pull himself back together. He let out a small sigh and said. “I’ll get over it…. Sooner or later…. “

He turned back and took a sip of his tea. Chamomile always helped him to calm down. It was the only tea he drank, considering he was a coffee person.

“Everyone has been trying to cheer me up and stuff, but … it’s not that easy! I don’t want to be cheered up. I just want someone to be there for me and not to try and fix my problems!”

Michael lowered his voice when he realized that he was speaking too loudly. He didn’t want to startle Sariel after all.

Deep down Michael actually thought it was sweet. After all it’s the thought that counts right!

Lilith caressed little Sariel's head so he didn't worry due to the sudden loud sounds and yelling.

"I understand... What you need is someone to listen, not someone to act to defend you." She took a sip of her own tea. Mmm, it was tasty, but it was not done by someone who loved tea, clearly.

"I think Luci and Gabriel are doing this in the heat of the moment, but I will convince them to back down. How does that sound?"

Michael nodded. “That would be nice … I just don’t want anyone hurt anymore, especially after what just happened. “ he was now pacing the room.

“Come on give him to me I’ll feed him…” he said as he walked over to Lilith.

"Nope~ He is mine now~." Lilith joked, holding little Sariel protectively over her body. Then, after a few minutes she laughed out loud and gave him to his father.

"He is so well mannered, didn't even cry once even though he doesn't know me~" Lilith stared at the baby with a fond smile.

Then looked at Michael, her expression turning into one of worry. "I can't say if you did something wrong or not. But it is awful that she didn't tell you if you did."

“He really likes you, but he might start pulling on your hair now that he is energized… he does that with me so be careful.”

His wife has such long hair and they've been together for ages and ages... and their daughter also has long hair that's even thicker than her mother's. (It's similar to his own in volume.) He's absolutely learned how to handle it by now.

Lilith leaned back a little and looked at him as she used his chest as support. "We should do things like these more often~." She said, absolutely in love.

"Do you want me to brush your feathers after this~?" There was a faint blush in her cheeks as she smiled.

There was a heavy moment of consideration as the seraph considers how Lilith will take what he is going to send to her. Contrary to that was the feeling that he would be keeping a secret if he didn't.

Toriel: Miss Lilith, I hope that you and your family is doing well. I am discussing with Raguel about possibly being able to have the three Cherubs able to return to Heaven.

Toriel: I'm contacting you because I feel that trust is important to any relationship that I have. I didn't lie to you about why I approached you back when you visited Heaven, but at the same time, I didn't tell you the whole story. If you are willing, I'd like to present the rest.

Lilith read the text message carefully, taking into consideration Toriel's words. It felt like there was more meaning to this talk than what he was letting on.

Lilith: I see. That is, indeed, a choice. Seeing as you are the head of the cherubs, I won't meddle, but they disobeyed your orders and landed in Hell and Earth. Take that into account, as Satan will do so with the imps.

Lilith: I am quite interested in what you have to say, but I prefer if you tell me in person. Meet me at the Morningstar Palace for tea whenever you say.

Toriel: I will be assured that the judgment on the Cherubs will be fair, even if the punishment is the same. The remaining cherubs will be reminded about the scope of their mission. It may be regrettable that they can't save more humans, but their numbers are far from sufficient and would do more harm than good.

There was a moment to read and ponder regarding going to Morningstar Palace. Given that he didn't recall the location being in Heaven, he could only assume that it was in Hell. He would delegate matters to the other Cherubs while he kept his phone in his hand. While he wanted to present the information as soon as possible, but he didn't want her to rearrange her schedule for his sake. He wanted to make sure that he didn't leave the Cherubs in disarray during his departure, regardless of duration.

Toriel: I am not sure how much work you might have as Queen currently, so I can only ask at your earliest convenience. I give you my word to be there.

Lilith: I would not be asking if I could not manage. You are indeed quite diligent, Toriel.

Lilith sent him the date and location for the meeting at the Morningstar's Palace, and the date was indeed during the same week they were talking.

Lilith: I hope you can make it, I'm sorry if it's too soon for it to happen.

Toriel: This is going to sound both ironic and what is probably unbecoming of an angel, but I take pride in maintaining all the relationships I form.

He was somewhat thankful that the meeting wasn't occurring in the very near future. Even if it was the same week, he could quickly flesh out the time so that he could.

Toriel: I will make the time to be there, Miss Lilith, I give you my word. I am looking forward to the occasion.

Though, he did feel like he should start trying to drink different varieties of tea. With Raguel and Lilith, it seems that talking over tea was going to almost be a staple of future discussions, though it was a staple that he was more than willing to partake in.

A few days passed by, and the date of the meeting inched closer and closer.

Lilith had been busy getting ready the Morningstar Palace for visits. It was hard work. Clean the dust, change the curtains, open the windows so fresher air could enter, hide all the rubber ducks in a closet and pray that it didn't burst open in the middle of their talk...

When the day arrived, she had already prepared a guest room for visits with a tea ready.

"Wait, what if he prefers coffee?" She snapped her fingers and a fresh coffee appeared on the other side of the table. Just in case.

Toriel had blocked off a full four hours of his schedule for this occasion. He wasn't convinced that it would take the entire duration, but it paid to be prepared and overcompensate than run out of time and show discourtesy for Lilith inviting him over.

His time was blocked off by precedence and not through preference. Thankfully, he didn't really get drawn in for meetings or discussions but would still prefer to be honest about being unable to attend if during that four-hour slice of his day.

He was going to be honest about the nature of the meeting with the Cherubs, though they were concerned about his safety. The incident had spooked them severely. Not only was it that their leader was going, but they were also going straight into a lion's den in their opinion.

He would do his best to quell their fears, stating that his relationship with Lilith was amicable. He also wasn't going to be venturing outside of the Palace, given that he still hadn't gotten Lilith's permission. As such he would limit himself. Lastly, he could always make an escape should things head south, but he hoped that option would not be the one that had to be used.

He heavily considered putting on a nicer robe. On one hand, she was the Queen of Hell and thus it should be respectful to dress nicely for such an occasion. Conversely, he felt that doing so might be potentially perceived as trying to upstage her. On the other hand, dressing normally would avoid the potential of trying to upstage her but felt like it was being dismissive of her position.

He would ultimately decide to go with a normal outfit. He'll apologize if she remarks about it and hopes that she understands.

Twenty minutes before the designated time, he would pull out his phone and contacts Lilith.

Toriel: Miss Lilith, I am going to open a gate to the Morningstar Palace. Hopefully, I'm the only one intending to so you don't have potentially less welcomed visitors.
