Hi, hello,

So, in between getting toyed around with by companies while I’m looking for a job, looming student loans, rent, and having no money, I am now also having to raise money since I got into a car accident. That being said, if anyone is interested, I’m opening limited commissions. As I finish the commission slots, I’ll update when they’re available again. It will be a first come first serve basis, locked in by a deposit, with remaining balance due at the end of the commission.

I mainly write for Legend of Zelda, since that’s what I’m more familiar with, but I am also familiar with and comfortable writing with Castlevania (the netflix series), and Fullmetal Alchemist. I can write nsfw/smut, as long as the characters are of adult age, not related, and in a consensual setting.

-Word count

-Content of the writing

-After payment/deposit is sent, how do you want it delivered- through email, or shared here, etc.?

For now, payments will be through my Venmo, Ko-fi, or PayPal. I will need a half payment deposit before I start, and to lock you in as on the list.

I will keep in contact as well to touch base on commission progress, as it may vary depending on word length, and contents. I won’t leave someone hanging, and I wouldn’t want to take too long anyways.

I think it'd be funny if Link thought that Revali was actually Pretty Cool, like yeah he's rude sometimes and tends to brag but he does have the skills to back it up. Problem is Link cannot express that for the life of them

So you've got instances where Link is like "Revali really nailed it in training today I should let him know I think he did a good job" and they make eye contact and Link gives a thumbs up with the most blank expression on their face and Revali's kind of offended because Link could not have looked less interested in this if they tried only he doesn't say it out loud so Link's thinking "I nailed it" (they are autistic)

Our beloved @legends-shorts has published the AO3 debut of what we call the Poly Bakery AU. A modern AU in which Wild and Time own a bakery/coffee shop and live above it, sharing the building with polycule neighbors Legend, Hyrule, Marin, and Ravio. Established relationships with the potential for new encounters abound in this adult scenario. Honestly, I can't get enough of oddi's writing and handling of complex relationships, she makes it look easy.

In spite of the whole bonkers thing of TP Ganon wielding his own execution sword, I find it fascinating that he is using a weapon of Light to fight you --a weapon originally conceived for purposes of justice, and that light still steeps through him through the wound.

And, to top it all off, Link uses tools more aligned with darkness to fight him back (turning into a wolf, Midna becoming a eldritch horror...)

Symbolically this combo of reverse mirroring AND literal mirroring is very interesting I think

8) Do you take inspiration from real life? If so how do you incorporate it into your fics?

There’s a couple vent fics I have that aren’t shared yet that I’ve done this with. They started as just a hyperbolic “what-if” scenario with some comfort characters slapped into them. However, I’ve been recently combing through them and turning them into some semblance of a story that can reach a cathartic ending, as the main thing being incorporated is my thoughts during depression or mental lows. So I try and see if it’s something the character can use to channel through for development/growth that we never got to see. If that makes sense.

Any other inspiration is either adapted knowledge from my major, or more commonly, how I see friends and other people react and move during conversations or more mundane points. Do they tend to fidget with the thing they’re holding? Or in my case, I’m awful with eye contact, but that doesn’t mean I’m not listening. Or maybe there’s little idiosyncrasies that I can throw in. Stuff like that.

19) What is some random info you happen to have that you used in a fic?

I barely scratched the surface of it, and want to explore it more, but my fics “With a rupee in his Mouth” and “Opening of the Mouth” used info I got from my classes about mortuary practices, and cultures around death and dying.

I do a little bit! But I’m a bit bad at it, as my brain doesn’t really work that way? I tend to write snippets or chunks that I know I want to happen, so I get this collage-like patchwork of writing. And then I have to tie it all together, which then adds more. I’ve tried making a few bullet points, and lists, but usually what happens is I worry too much about checking everything on the list, that it then messes with the flow of the story I want to tell.
