My favorite part of Buffy The Vampire Slayer is when Spike is still fully in his evil era, but wants to help stop the apocalypse because he doesn't want the end of the world, where he lives, nor the human race, which is his food source. You really can't fault his logic. How's he going to keep being evil if the world ends? The world is where he does his best evil!

Fake scenario: Season 5 & 6, Spike falls in love with Dawn. Think about that. Then, Season 7, Dawn and Spike both acknowledge feelings for eachother and start dating. They have sex. Realllyyyy think about that

In this hypothetical scenario, how are you feeling? A little uncomfortable, perhaps. The age gap isn’t sitting right with you, is it? Dawn being 14-16yo and Spike surpassing that by over a century; even if we don’t look at the years he spent as a vampire the age and maturity gap is still very… what’s the word? Illegal? Immoral? Predatorial? Perverted? This is a situation in which we would say the minor has been groomed

Now let’s look back to Season 1, 2 & 3 where we have the same scenario only with Buffy and Angel. Now you can see why I don’t ship them. Thank you for listening, have a nice day
