Here a lil extra outside the art dump collections. I wanted to revamp an older piece, „newly imagined“. Just a quick smth to grasp what I wanna do with it. But I dunno there’s just something about interior gloomy light scenes that just eludes me. If there’s ambient light whatsoever that’s fine but gloomy lighting is far more challenging. Maybe if I would put more time to it it could develop, but this is it for now I guess. (That rug is from a 3D scene I made once, so I quickly edited it in to see how it looks with a detailed rug in there)

Wow my god I didn’t know the boroughs are that disliked 😅 I guess there are inconsistencies and unsolved questions, but hey, this is season 1 and they display this series like a riddle, like in stranger things. With each season there’ll be more lore (and yes stranger things messed up a bit in the final season but all the previous ones were fine weren’t they)

Btvs wip sketchpach the fourth. ✨

More facial studies for spike and different eras. And for spuffy I wanted to do smth with an intense stare like in season 4 where she ties him up after he got his chip or in spike‘s dream/love revelation in season 5. And the other spuffy is inspired by the fic the Darkling.

Scary movie only getting one showing (mostly) per day per cinema so far for german cinema? Wtf. Waiting for two weeks to make reservations and so far they haven’t added showings. And then researched why and apparently german cinemas didn’t expect high demand for this movie and cinemas needing to make money therefore going the save route by giving the most showings to blockbusters. Said blockbusters in june being 4 titles: mandalorian, he-man, disclosure day and supergirl. So cinemas decided to give scary movie the scraps.

Is that any different in other countries?

Just my thoughts here:

I do, at one point, want to post my btvs and spuffy sketchpacks on insta (I just wanna share with the btvs community and the artists there, and on the other hand you never know what positive outcome can come from it later on). Though I am not completely comfortable yet with the thought of posting the more „intimate“ ones, with the kissies and so on. Because now that I know that JM directly/indirectly did look through parts of my insta account that one time for an artwork, and my style tending to be a bit more on the realism part in some aspects, it may be kinda uncomfortable for the irl actors?? I know they did waaaay more intimate acting with way more naked skin in the official scenes and dailies than I ever did dare to draw, but my brain is always two ways about it. Like the art brain that is like „I want to art! Let me ART and share“ and the „blushing“ part that is like „oh my gaaawd! Staaahp it“

I am at episode 3 but I think I really like the boroughs. Likeable characters, emotions and fun and mystery, scifi feeling from 80s/90s movies, great „old school“ soundtrack befitting scifi and a good suspense that I hope will keep up in the next episodes too.

Omg now I know who’s left in tomodachi life: linda and bob belcher and then adding their kids
